I’m highly upset, Serenity was very disrespectful, wouldn’t tell me her name, I believe Angel was the other staff members name and Francisco were also disrespectful, Angel told me to go to hell several times in Spanish and Francisco was next to him laughing, Serenity ignored me and told the staff to ignore me after she asked me “you don’t know how to read” after I asked her, what’s your name. The problem was my order was incorrect whether the app glitched or my order didn’t update when I submitted it, the first worker didn’t verify my order she just gave me my receipt. So when I got to the next window and realized my order was not correct. I told the worker that my order was missing fries and her response was I needed to go around the drive-through and place another order and I asked why couldn’t they help me at the window and they told me I was running up the drive-through time and needed to pull into spot number one and come inside and place the remainder of my order or go back through the drive-through so when I asked for the manager, the manager serenity came to the window with an attitude And told me I was already given the solution to my problem and I needed to pick one and when I told her neither was a solution for me because my children are in the car and I have to wait for my food anyways why could they not as a courtesy take my payment for the additional fries because the app was wrong she told me no so when I asked her for her name her next was response was you don’t know how to read and pointed to her name tag. I told her I could not see her name tag the way the light was reflecting off of it because the name tag was a silver metal name tag and I asked her her name again and she proceeded to ask me again. You really don’t know how to read so then I asked her if she was really going to be a B.I.T.C.H about it and the reason I spelled out the word is because my children were in the car, but she was being very disrespectful and that is not manager behavior. She decided to close the window as my food was sitting by the window and I asked her for my food so she opened the window read my name incorrectly, which I find ironic because she had just finished asking me if I knew how to read, but it’s clear she didn’t know how to read my name, she gave me my food and closed the window and my issue had not been resolved so another worker came to the window and I asked for the manager again and the manager again serenity told them to stop talking to me and to no longer help me so when the next manager came, he attempted to help me. He said he would take my payment, he apologized for her behavior and serenity, then pushed him off the register, kept moving his hand away so that he could not place my order even though he’s already holding my credit card for payment and they argued for about two minutes which I have video proof of, so it’s not that they could not help me. It’s that serenity did not want to help me and what that reason is I don’t have a clue. The next step was for the second manager to call the store manager, who was Maxine and while on the phone with Maxine and Maxine telling them to process my payment and give me the remainder of my order the police show up. Of course the police don’t have the full story and weas disrespectful to me off rip and then realized I was not the one in the wrong after Maxine spoke to them on the phone and told them what the store is to do and once that issue was resolved, I was able to leave, but this took 45 minutes and the staff telling me to go to hell multiple times in Spanish is uncalled for Again with my children in the car. This behavior is unacceptable for a McDonald’s. I don’t see how serenity can be a manager with that type of behavior, not assisting me, not helping me with the problem, not even apologizing, that the second manager had to get involved and he had to call the...
Read moreNormally it’s pretty easy going here and straightforward. Last time I was here two weeks ago another lady with short hair was at the window and she was friendly and a great communicator. She works at both dunkin and McDonald’s and deserves a raise. She is wonderful. This week they have a new worker with a straight ponytail and strong accent, and she has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. This is coming from someone who worked in customer service for many years. I clearly stated my order number and described the food too, yet she still repeated the wrong number back and I had to correct her. Then when we pull up, she rings up an entirely different number/ order type and over charges me. I tell her superior who is at the next window, and he informs her and we can hear her yelling complaining in the background. So professional right? Then she still brings out the wrong order and when I tell her again she rolls her eyes and catches an attitude making rude faces. Not to mention she tried blaming me as if I were in the wrong in front of her superior and then blaming me again when bringing out the wrong orders. If you’re that confused about what order number it is just listen to the fact that I literally described what type of food/ biscuit I wanted it’s that easy. Then when she finally brings the correct order she mumbles the most insincere flat “sorry” while still looking away and an angry look on her face like she was told to say it but didn’t want to. Now that I have my food, it’s not fresh and hot like usual and the coffee is watered down. I never get it that way and I feel she spitefully did that on purpose because she’s mad she can’t manage to do one of the easiest jobs in the world. Please bring back the people who speak good English at the cashier station… the people who don’t understand need to be in the back cleaning up. I have been in customer service so I much more sympathy for a worker that’s maybe having a bad day or brand new and confused but apologetic and sincere than someone who messes up multiple times and still doesn’t take accountability and comes back at the customer with the most ghetto attitude. We have all made mistakes at work before, but it’s how we respond to people and choose to fix them that matter most. Please educate this young lady on how to listen, ring orders up better, and to be polite and respect the customers or bring back the nice one with the short...
Read moreWe experienced the worst service we have ever received from management and we were denied our food! My family and I visited the McDonald's location 8475 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32809. We ordered 4 Mcdouble meal deals and 3 McChicken meal deals for our starving children after a long Universal studios day. We were told to pull into a pick up spot and patiently stayed in the spot waiting for our food for about 15 minutes until my husband finally went in the store to see what was taking so long. He came back with the drinks and had to wait another 10 minutes for the food. He brought the food to the car and I passed out the children's sandwich. We found we were missing 2 Mcdoubles. My husband went back in to let them know what we were missing. The MANAGER SERENITY (short very young woman with black hair and facial piercings) told my husband to bring ALL the food back in because she didn't believe my husband that we were missing sandwiches. However I already handed the starving kids their sandwiches while waiting in the car so they were already half eaten. She REFUSED to give us the two missing burgers! How would bringing my children from the car with their half eaten sandwiches prove that two of the kids were missing theirs?? That doesn't make sense! I begged her to give us the cheeseburgers for the two kids sitting in the car with no food and she said no and said she would refund our money instead. This MANAGER ,Serenity, denied my children their food ! She said she refuses to give me the burgers but will refund me. She refunded 6.69 dollars and my 2 kids had to leave without dinner. It would have costed less for the restaurant to just give us the 2 burgers then refund a full 6.69. we were treated like garbage and had to find another means of food for my very hungry crying children. Serenity is NOT management material with a...
