HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I just placed an order online for pick up at the Papa Joh s in Oak Ridge. We ordered one of the online deals and the total came out to be about $26. After placing the order, I called to ask if they could slice my pizza into 12 slices instead of 8. Relatively simple request considering the fact that they hadn't even started kneading the dough on my pizzas. My husband got there to pick up our pizzas and they were trying to charge over $40... apparently my asking them to slice my pizza in 12 slices caused them to cancel the online coupon. This is my brothers experience last night at Papa John's and I order often from this establishment, however now I will not order from them either!
Papa John's in Oak Ridge is the worst pizza place in Oak Ridge they are the most irresponsible lazy employees I've ever seen I called him at 9:00 and got put on hold until 9:45 when I pulled in to the parking lot walked up to the door still on hold to be told that they don't accept orders after 9:45 even after showing her that I had already been on hold for that long they still would not take my order they were not busy there was five employees standing around doing nothing I will never go there again I will never order pizza from any Papa John's in...

We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza tonight and the box is even labeled as such however inside the pizza is covered with jalapeños and pineapples. Why? Like why on earth? No meat just pineapples with jalapeños. Those flavor combinations are just not for me. Thankfully they got my kids pizza right. Super disappointed.
