Starbucks — Restaurant in Oakdale

Today was my first time at this location and im extremly frustrated. My daughter used her birthday money to oder 2 drinks. I explained and showed the picture to the cashier who stated it could be made just fine. When the lady making the drink started i tried to show her the picture but she said she didnt need to see it🤦 so ok. Soon as she starts the drink is wrong and i caught her to explain... She seemed frustrated gave a heavy breath and made the 1st drink.. It came out ok but i didnt taste my daughts i waited for mine. She forgot about the 2nd drink then said i only order one which was wrong. So after getting the 2nd drink it looked nothing like the 1st because she rushed and was already doing drive through drinks. They were nasty tasted nothing like Vanilla bean Frappe and had wayyyy to much milk to tast the strawberry. My daughter was very disappointed and didn't even drink the large she ordered. The 3 year old said it tasted like just milk🤦Probably...

NOPE!!!!! Never again will I be coming here. The workers here have very bad attitudes and need to go back to school because obviously this ain’t doing it for them. I ordered my drink from one of the cashiers and he was very awkward and I felt like he didn’t wanna be there...... GO HOME THEN!!!! And then when I finally got my tea the barista slammed my cup onto the counter and mumbled my order back to me and then turned around disrespectfully...... maybe you should stick to working in places where you DON’T have to talk to people!!! I also brought my own Starbucks cup and he only filled it up halfway and it’s venti sized which btw tasted like s....h....i....t!!!!!!!!! I’ll stick to the one inside the actual Hy-vee grocery store where they know how to talk and get...

We moved to Oakdale a year ago and this was the closest and most convenient location on my commute to work. For the first 6 months everyone was extremely nice and extremely friendly. I don't know if they had a staff change or new management but now all the workers seem to dread their job and absolutely hate the customers. They frequently run out of items on the menu and can't seem to get drink orders right. The last few times I've been there I've had to go in and get my order changed to the correct order. The staff now is not friendly and roll their eyes and scoff at you when you have to correct their mistakes. Maybe it's time to go...
