** after the second visit, I'm bumping my review from 4 to 5 ☺️ Consistency is important and they have that part DOWN. We just ordered two trays of the pork xiao long baos & the beef shank because these were our favorites from last time. Did not disappoint! The soup from the dumplings is the perfect combo of savory, salty, & slightly sweet and when paired with the vinegar, the flavors just satisfies all your taste buds.

wow! the xio long baos are to live for!! i'm blown away by the quality and it's honestly better than some of the most popular dumpling restaurants in SF. the skin is thin and has a great bite to it.

we also ordered the beef shank appetizer, hot and sour soup, boiled shrimp chive & pork dumplings & one of the noodle dishes.

wasn't a fan of the boiled dumplings or the noodle dish and would pass on that next time.

will double down on the xio long...

I love a good dumpling venue!!!! However this is not the one.

Didn’t care for this one. They are very stingy with napkins, water refills and condiments in general. I was bypassed when the server gave out water. Very cold restaurant!!! The sticky chicken appetizer did not come until I completed my meal and so had to remind the server to give it to me. Then it has an excessive amount of honey and batter. I know why!!!! Chicken was old. I told the waitress that 1 piece was old but it was too hot to test the rest plus I had an appointment. The noodles with chives and ginger were good. The fried dumpling was very greasy and not drained but yummy. Small red dish was dirty and the waitress just wiped it out instead of providing a new one. I I don't like to use this system because people can be personally incredibly hurt but that's just their extra emotions. But I will report when it comes to something that needs to be said.

I came in and I thought that the waiter was speaking to me, the white answering the waiter. Well, I was invisible to them and was overlooked l, as though I wasn't there. But when they took another 15mins to come ask if I wanted to order, now I paid attention. When they took extra long another 20m to ask me again for my order, that is ridiculous. When my food came, they didn't give me give me my order. I should have ask again *where is my order, the waiter had to go back and tell them to complete my order. Ok got it.
