Every two Fridays of every month as soon as they open I go to this BK for 8-10 employees of mine. Every single time I go I ask for the same thing (everything is the same for 8-10 ppl) and every single time the employees at this location give hassle! As soon as I order, they pause and make me wait “saying omg a big order we just open” words that came out from one of the employees mouth. This particular Friday 11/10/23 the silence on the speaker was noticiable, first they with an attitude they told “you gonna have to pull over to the side” after you pay at first window, I go to first window no one came to first window for like 5 mins, finally someone signal me from second to move over and the lady that took my order changed her attitude and proceeded to tell me “I’m sorry I thought this order was going to take longer”, I paid and she proceeded to give me my order, which started by handing me 8 juices one by one (what happen to the bag) almost dropping one and caught in the air, no jellies, no condiments. She thank me for our business and apologized for it and told me that she expects our business again. How can I continue to do business somewhere when every single time is a hassle to order food for my employees that at paycheck have deserved this important meal of the day?! Every employer should do something like this, and maybe their attitude every single time is because they don’t like their job or/and they haven’t had enough coffee?? Many of us have to get up earlier than 5am, I wake up at 2 am to start our business day at 3 am and at that time I have a big smile in my face because I love my job, I try to share my happiness everywhere I go. Don’t try to cease my happiness because you are unhappy, is not my fault you are in a place you don’t like. YOU and ONLY YOU chose that. YOU should’ve listen to your mom or the person that raised you. Thanks hopefully this puts a smile on your face or a frown...
Read moreWhere to begin...The manager had no control of her untrained staff, and no managing skills period. The trash was overflowing in every receptacle. The young man behind the counter kept dropping "FBombs" every time a customer had a complaint, which was often.
The online ordering process was a nightmare for the people who attempted to utilize it. Nearly every online ordering customer had to argue with the manager lady to get their food.
They got alot of orders wrong, including ours. They forgot our order to begin with, and when they finally filled our order, after having to remind them we were still there, it was wrong (thank goodness I still had my receipt) they reluctantly fixed it.
When the cash register system momentarily crashed, the kid behind the counter dropped a few more "FBombs", and the manager thew her arms up and told her staff she needed to go home and have a drink before she has a heart attack.
All in all, it was fun watching the blind leading the blind in what seemed like some sort of a twisted reality show dinner theater gone wrong...
In all seriousness, it truly was a shi*show from the moment we walked in until we left. John Taffer from the reality show 'Bar Rescue' needs to visit this restaurant (if you know, you know) and yell "Shut it down!!!" and completely redesign, remodel, retrain, and or replace everyone currently employed at this location. What goes on in this Burger King is a shameful disgrace.
I'll end this with a positive thought...once they got our order correct,...
Burger King used to have great Whoppers, great staff and great management, now two of those are awful. I don’t know what replaced their whoppers but it’s barely edible, none of that grilled taste that was their signature burger. We asked for Whopper with cheese, we got no cheese, took it back and the very nice girl apologized for their and she went to get the manger who then charged us $1.28 for their mistake. The manager was a very surly woman who turned her back on me and said “Take one” when I ask for a paper crown that was on display. The chef would looked around at me and stared as I carried the offending burgers in. Unkempt and looking person unshaven and no head covering, not the sort of person you would want touching your food. But I did, so it’s my fault I guess, should’ve known right? Anyway the two young girls serving people were the only pleasant thing about the whole place. I won’t go here again, oh, the floor was very clean. Oh, I forgot, the onion rings were tasteless pieces of batter not fully cooked. I recommend driving past for a better burger at...
