If you are in Ocean City NJ, you should plan to stop at the Green Egg Cafe, The service was good. My kids each got the silver dollar panckaes with a side of bacon. The bacon was out of this world good, pan fried. I got The Kitchen Sink which was: three eggs scrambled with sausage crumbles, gruyere cheese, potatoes, topped with sausage gravy, jumbo biscuit, in a cast iron skillet and my wife got the Breakfast Burrito in a habanero tortilla with eggs, corn, pork chorizo, tex mex cheese, peppers, and onions, topped with pico de gallo, sour cream, and avocado salsa, served with roasted red pepper black bean sauce. It was so much food for us that we all took some back to our place. Just know that it is very expensive. For a family of four we paid $80 including the 20% tip. The only complaint I had was; I don't like green peppers, but love onions. The Kitchen Sink come with peppers and onions so I asked for no peppers and was told that they come together or nothing. It would've been so much better with onion. I still give the food 5 stars and will be back nex year. My advise for you is to go to the Green Egg Cafe for breakfast if you...
Read moreI’m not a French toast person, but it was excellent!!!!!!!. My husband got the kitchen sink they bulked it up with potatoes and less of everything else. The peach smoothie could have had milk, oat milk, or almond milk to thin it out a little bit. It was too thick. I ordered a side of eggs and turkey bacon. The eggs and turkey bacon was burnt, overall food was really good I’m definitely going back but I’ll just order the French toast that’s it and there is no kid menu so me and my son shared the food of course 😉😉 the specialty coffee was good I got the crème brûlée latte. I wish it was a lil more sweeter tho IM NOT COMPLAINING it was great tho trust me the atmosphere was kinda off people in the world and people that work at certain places need to get used to different kinds of people coming into their place of business I shouldn’t have to get stared at while I eat my food (just...
Read moreI spent an inordinate amount of time trying to decide what to order (I should have known better not to proceed). Sat at the bar and upon receiving my meal, I was not given silverware. Instead, I stared at my meal while the barista at the bar spent ~15 minutes making two boujee to-go drinks for a couple of the street with an annoying child who is now spinning around in "the spinny chair!" Turkey bacon slices were gigantic - practically an entire turkey and nowhere near crispy like I had imagined. The provolone for my Omelette was grossly melted on top as opposed to folded/melted inside with the rest of the other ingredients (ya know...like how omelettes are actually prepared). The place was dead yet there were 5 people (including the manager) who had assisted/helped me prior to my meal. I'm just so confused as to how this all...
