Rojo's Tacos — Restaurant in Ocean City

It was clean and the staff made eye contact and smiled which is very good. The prices though are very high for what you get. Bottom line the location is gold but to call themselves authentic Mexican is as of now sadly a gross misrepresention. The fajita bowl which I got was filled with bizarrely long Luke warm bland peppers. More Gristle than meat the hot sauce: Pure Luke's Red hot. The salsa watery and blank. The rice side was boiled in bag with some pastry orange goo. To wrap it up we ordered and waited for two burritos 16+ minutes while they shut the lights out. I wouldn't normally gives place a rating this low but I was so excited because of the quaint location and intriguing menu. They hyped themselves up way to much and couldn't live up to it at all. This place would be marginally ok if you cooked it at home. Not even a contender sadly. I hope they step it up. I almost asked...

This place was unfortunately very underwhelming. We got the white queso as a starter and it was very bland - the only thing that saved it were the tomatoes on top, but they barely gave you any, and way too much cilantro. We both got burritos which came with chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were the only good things. The burrito was bland and we each didn't even want to finish it. Did not seem authentic at all, you can tell the white guy runs the place. The girl at the counter was really nice and brought us our food quickly, but she told us the wrong price and the owner or manager had to correct her, and it ended up being $46 dollars for two people. Really expensive! Save your money and go literally...

I've eaten here in the past. Place was great, enjoyed the food. Go there tonight to order some takeout after calling five times and getting the answering machine only to see two people behind the counter not doing much of anything and a line out the door. I wait in line, but once I make it to the front the person behind me is served first, they had only been in line for a minute or so and skipped about five or six other people. I walked out.
