We are so glad we decided to take a chance on VROCNJ when it launched last year! We wanted to maintain an on-line presence, but were dismayed with the increasing costs and inflexibility we found with the existing major on-line booking channels. VROCNJ provides a much needed book direct with owner option. Our homes (listings #16, 17, 18) are ideal for large family reunion bookings. We were nearly booked for the summer of 2020, but thought we might get some shoulder bookings through the new VROCNJ direct to owner site. Along came CoVID, and many families were not able to travel from various locations to be together. We received many cancellations and deferrals to the following season. VROCNJ saved our summer, providing great visibility to families that wished to vacation closer to home. 70% of our rebooking‘s were sourced from this site, along with four new fall bookings.
