Do. Not. Order. Here. While the place is clean & beautiful; the staff is ABYSMALLY SLOW. I watched two door dash workers wait over 30 minutes and both cancelled the orders and left angry, saying this was a repeat thing with this place. I ordered a fairly simple and small order - one blt lobster roll, a bubble tea, a ramen and a cup of clam chowder.
We waited SO LONG for a very simple takeout order - nearly a full hour. The couple who were ordering when i walked in had fully sat down - had eaten their entire meal and were LEAVING before we were called to pick up our food. (We were walk-ins).
The BLT Lobster Roll- which is supposed to be bacon lettuce and tomatoes with garlic aioli on a buttered toasted roll with lobster meat.... Came with no tomatoes and on a VERY dry roll. When i went inside to ask about the garlic aioli, the girl working the register stared blankly at me like she had never heard of a blt lobster roll, and then she got someone from the kitchen who came out to argue with me that the blt lobster roll doesn't COME with anything on the roll.... The door dash driver and i both pointed at the menu that clearly says it does. So $25 for a TINY sandwich, and you can't even put the correct toppings or condiments and then you want to ARGUE when it's right on your menu?!
The clam chowder was the saddest thing I've ever been served under that name. It has the consistency of water, tastes like melted butter and water mixed with clam juice and containing all of two clams in a full serving. There were no other veggies- no corn, potatos, bacon. Literally nothing in it- except a half dozen very sad tiny green onion slices.. My husband was POSITIVE they had given us misosoup.. Calling that "chowder" is truly a sad day for chowder.
My son's ramen and bubble tea were fine but this was downright pathetic for SEVENTY DOLLARS worth of food. Not to mention while we were waiting an hour- we watched no less than six other people complain about the horrific wait... And let me be clear; they were NOT BUSY. If they think this is "busy" thank God they aren't on the boardwalk.
They either need new staff and new soup - or just do OC a...
Read moreI typically like to give new restaurants, a second chance, so we did that last night as our first trip. Here was not that great.
Unfortunately, our second visit was less great than the first
Efficient clean, ordering area was completely over shadowed by the wait For the food once ordered
45 minutes after we ordered my wife checked on the status and they said they’re working on it. While she was in the store, others were in there asking for their money back because they didn’t want to European wait any longer and they were refused refunds
One hour after we ordered, I checked on the status of our food and was given a pretty lame explanation that Phone orders interrupt their eat in orders. It didn’t feel as though they cared that we had waited an hour.
I suggested that they advise their E in customers of the amount of time they may need to wait for their food and they said they can’t do that
Once the food arrived, it was extremely disappointing just as it was on our first visit
Sushi is a delicate food as people can be very concerned when eating raw foods. The presentation and preparation were nice except the quality of the sushi was poor

Read moreThe employees don’t take your order, they point the customer to a self service menu screen. Once you have paid for your order you find out that you have been charged a twenty percent tip. Really ? A tip is for service rendered and at this point I’ve paid for service and I have not received anything of the sort, In fact I have performed the service thus far. Additionally, I ordered the cilantro lobster roll. I received it without cilantro. When I complained, they pretended to fix it with some green lettuce that was not cilantro. If you don’t mind paying for service that you don’t receive and receiving your food incorrectly, then by all means go here. Otherwise, I would avoid this place as there are other options for lobster rolls. BTW, I asked to speak to a manager, and he or she was not there. Therefore, I had no choice, but to post it...
