I came here looking to buy bolt cutters for an old bike lock which would not work anymore. When I got to the section of bolt cutters 2 of the 3 that they had available we're already used with the teeth chipped up pretty good. These cutters were in sorry condition. The employee there gave us the explanation that "we use what we have here" leaving me to believe that there is a chance that most of their tools are previously used to some extent. He could not help us any further after that and walked away. How can one trust the credibility of any tool in the store from this point forward? My Telescope Casual beach chair broke and I wasn't sure if it could be fixed. I reached out to the hardware store in Margate and they told me they couldn't fix it and to reach out to the manufacturer. I reached out to Telescope Casual, but I didn't hear anything back. I reached out to the store where I purchased the chair from and they recommended Wallace Hardware. Mr. Wallace was able to fix my beach chair, which made me super happy!! Went into Wallace today just after they opened the doors to shop for a grill. We asked if they deliver and the gentleman said yes but not today - by Wednesday or end of week - which was totally fine with us. The price was in reason compared to other options in The area and we preferred to Give a local business the sale.
