I am so disappointed in the service. When a customer pulls up to the drive-through and ask for a frosty and is told the machine is already clean so we can’t give you one because they close in 15 minutes that is so wrong. I have worked in customer service and in an ice cream parlor in particular and I would never, ever, tell someone I can’t service you because we’re going to close in 15 minutes. I understand things are rough I understand people are told by their employer that they have to get out as quickly as they can but does that mean for the sake of losing customers. So if you’re going to close at quarter of or you can’t service me at quarter of turn off your lights and close your doors. On average when we go there we spend $15-$16 at least once a week. I’m very disappointed in the comments made it I called another Wendy’s on colonial Drive to see if they still had their milkshake or Frosty machine available, and they said yes it’s available until we close. That’s customer service and they will be getting mine. One more thing, they don’t ever answer the phone! I have attempted To call them on several occasions to ask if they were making something such as chili and instead of answering the phone they just let it ring until a voice comes up and says the memory is full please try again and they hang up. Did you...
Read moreThis was the most disgusting experienced I have ever endured. The staff at this location is more than displeasing. The management at this location is rude and disgusting. Three strikes and I shall never return. I have been here without my white husband and received different service. Every time we come together they purposely give us tainted food and laugh in our faces about it they always send a different employee to handle our situations as if they are trying to take part in ruining our food. This pace has only provided a discriminatory experience. I was forced to demand a refund for this experience. Why should my food be a joke? Why should I get treated differently based on who I am with. I will never return to this Wendy’s or most likely any Wendy’s again. I will also continue to post on social media about this locations disgusting practices. I am appalled at the nature of this business, how can I trust the food! Now my husband is forced to go hungry because he does not trust the food and we must go home for the night empty handed. By the way it’s a 0!!! Not even a 1. Working at Wendy’s for over 10 years and then experience this trip after trip is disheartening. Don’t go here folks!! Chick-Fil-A, Culver’s, Five Guys so much better service and quality of food! Let Wendy’s rot like...
Read moreI would like to share my wonderful experience thanks to Juana’s exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, she welcomed me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. She didn’t just provide service—she created an experience. Juana took the time to ask me how my day was going, and her friendly conversation added a personal touch that is so rare to find these days.
What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the way she made sure everything was perfect. She carried herself with professionalism but also with such humility and warmth that it felt like being cared for by a friend. I also pay close attention whenever I visit any location, and one thing that truly impressed me was how clean and well-kept everything was, which shows the pride and effort that Juana and her team put into their work.
Her dedication and positive attitude made my visit more than just a simple stop—it became a moment worth remembering. Employees like Juana make a huge difference because they remind us that good service isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about connection, respect, and kindness. She truly represents the best of what customer service should be, and I am sincerely grateful for the way she made me...
