Everyone’s always friendly and service always great. However that was not the case today… I met a bigger lady with glasses I think her name was Jamie? I asked for the Dubai cup at check out but they didn’t have the pistachio sauce today, we still got a small chocolate cup of strawberries anyways. After sitting down and paying I realized we didn’t get pistachio chips on top. I kindly went up to ask her for some and she said she’d have to charge me unless I was charged the Dubai cup in its entirety and to go look at my receipt. I went back to my seat to find the receipt, and let her know I was only charged a small chocolate strawberry cup but wondering if I could at least have some almonds to sprinkle on top. She stated no, she’d have to charge me and “it’s only $0.79” I let her know I wouldn’t want to run another card for such a small charge and asked if there was anything she could do after we just spent $100 with 18% tip $118 total. She refused to help. In my opinion this is quite ridiculous especially when spending so much… (see my receipt) I will also add during the food order she was pushing staff around and straight up yelled at a guy preparing a salad…. Not amused I hope management will do something about her. One star, wish I could do 0. But I suppose one star is ok because Isabelle was cool and the one who deserved the tip dealing with our confusing large order.

Things mentioned in review: -Pros -Cons -Pricing -Bathrooms Once you walk in the bathroom is towards the left at the back of the room, behind the “Drink Bar”, it’ll be the doors with an “M” & “W” on it. Very clean and modern styled bathrooms with beautiful tile and sleek features. I must say though, that if you’re standing in the mens urinal, due to the gloss finish of the tile, you can see everything inside the stall right next to it. (Look at the picture to see what I mean) The food was good, I got the steak and cheese with a half order of roasted red pepper & lobster soup. Even though it’s a half order, the helping was generous. My wife ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and Southwest potato & green chili soup. If you enjoy enjoy a sweet sandwich, then it’s for you. If you don’t like a sweet taste in your BBQ pork sandwich, then I recommend you get something else. Very creamy soup. There’s no chocolate dipped strawberries, only saw chocolate dipped Oreos. Our total came up to $29 for 2 people with soup and sandwiches. The Pumpkin spice Crème Brûlée was good. Only con: My brother-in-law found a piece of plastic in his Tomato Basil soup, he was so much bother by it, it was probably accidentally dropped in there while making the soup. Just be more careful about it. Other than that, enjoyable environment and no complaints.

Went yesterday night and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For service, whoever is at the register needs more training and quite possibly a notepad. There were two of us, we had separate orders, and both got the Try 2 with different items. We had to tell her about a dozen times whose items belonged to who. She checked me out, and still had to ask my friend AGAIN which items she got. We ordered the new Apple Spice cup, and it was $8 for a single apple and the “golden chocolate” (which is literally just white chocolate here) in the tiniest cup. If you’re going to charge such a high price, I feel like you should have an example of what we’re going to get out for display. $30 for a drink, the combo and the “dessert” is asinine. As for the food, my salad had the wrong dressing and the croutons were literally burnt. The avocado was… questionable to say the least. Won’t be coming back to this one any time soon.

First of all, I want to share that the food was great as always. When we get food from Zupas, we always have it delivered. Before this last time, there hasn't been a problem but the problem that occurred needs attention so it doesn't happen again to me or to anyone else. I order and pay online and by doing it this way, the driver tip is entered in and paid for before the food is delivered. Before this last time, I didn't realize that this could be a problem but I wish I could go back and take back the entire tip I gave the driver. The driver just left the order on my porch without a knock at my door or a ring of my doorbell. I ordered a sandwich and a large salad and judging by how warm the salad and dressing was (my house is south facing so it was directly in the sun) it was more than likely sitting there for at least 20 minutes before I happened to open my door hoping I would see the driver pull up and I would meet them halfway up my walkway. Much to my surprise, that's when I discovered the food sitting on my porch. Keep in mind, I kept checking the status of my order from the link that was texted to me after completing my order, as was the case from my previous orders as well. From the first time I opened the link to check the status, till right before I found the order on my porch it said, "Order is being prepared". After about 20 minutes had passed the time it was estimated to arrive, I called the store and was told it was just picked up. I find that hard to believe because I looked out my window for the next 15 minutes waiting for a car to pull up but it never happened. That's when I decided to go outside and I saw my food on my porch. I think two things need to be fixed after this experience. 1-I should be given a way to enter a tip AFTER the order is delivered. 2-The link that is texted needs to be fixed so that it updates the progress of the order and doesn't stay on "Order is being prepared". I hope all this...

Let me start out with our family loves Zupas and have only had great food and service at this location. We went to Zupas a few days ago around 8:30pm and noticed they had a sign on the door that they are closing at 8:00pm due to the virus. We decided yesterday (03.28.20) to have Zupas for dinner and pulled up at 7:30pm. I got out of my car and started walking up to the door to see how exactly they were talking orders since most places are curbside service only. I didn’t even get half way up to the door when there was an employee outside moving around cones. She was very rude, I’ve never experienced that behavior from an employee here. She asked me if I had an order or if I was going over there (pointing over at Little Caesars)? I told the employee that I didn’t have an order with them and was wondering how I would place one? The employee stated that we would have to call to order but, they were no longer taking orders tonight because they were closing. I said to the employee, oh I’m sorry I thought you closed at 8:00. The employee said yes we do. I went on to say that it was only 7:30pm. She then said yeah were closed now. On our way home I called Zupas and spoke with a very pleasant employee. I had let her know the situation and asked her if they stopped taking To-Go orders at a certain time so we would know for the future? I’ll I really got was well, there isn’t much I can do now as far as getting an order going. I totally understood that and was not trying to order at this point. She transferred me over to the manager and when she got on the phone I explained the same situation, asked about order times, I suggested maybe they could put on their sign that they only take orders till 7:30pm, also included that I was frustrated with how I was talked to by the employee outside. The manager said, “Thanks for the feedback, have a great night” and hung up. So for anyone wanting to do a order I suggest going...

The kid who wears his hat backwards and likes to talk about whatever..... Apparently they like to talk about inappropriate things that pertain to the customer they're helping. Bringing up how you feel about gay people with me standing there definitely pissed me off I had to just walk away. We get it your a dude. A little punk boy if you asked me but hey I was just here to get my dinner not fight someone. But if I was this zupas manager I'd get rid of that kid. I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a blue shirt with the hat backwards around 7:45pm on 01/11/2024. The rest the staff was awesome. Him. He needs to do his job and not spread his opinions. Especially when he's trying to take a jab at me personally. I'm not offended he was talking that nonsense..... I'm furious. Like, who raised him? They need to remind him if you have nothing nice to say, don't say nothing. Especially to a customer respectfully, patiently waiting for service and I was even kind. The minute I heard him popping off I stopped and look straight at him. I apologize to my cashier she was asking me if I'd like a bag or receipt. I didn't mean to be short about it. They all heard and witness so I'm sure she understood. But it is what it is. Just want to hold this kid accountable, being entitled, and really making me feel uncomfortable. I love this location and have never had a bad experience.... Till this little kid wants to start bumping his gums when he need to...
