Ok. So I don't often review but I have 4 kids and live in Huntsville through Ogden Canyon were pizza costs you on average about $50, where it would only cost you about $20 in town. Anyways.....I have now visited this place and out 7 times in the last year and so I feel I can attest to their average quality and service. So...4 of the times I visited something with the order was messed up and since I live through the canyon it was too much of a hastle to go back and fix it so we just delt with it and basically wasted most of the pizzas we got. I have two autistic children and one of whom is allergic to pepperoni, so when I order I make it the same and precise, every time. I usually walk im nut today I called it in to make it faster for me heading home from a long day at work. Well 20 min later upon pulling up to their establishment, I had realized the girl on the phone never took down my name for the order. Well I told her two cheese extra most bestest again just to clarify and she looked at the orders sitting there and peeked to double check and proceeded to grab the two breadsticks. It was at this time that I also added one pepperoni extra moat bestest and with that my total of 25 wad paid and I was on my merry long way home to feed my 4 children. As I het in my oldest son(autistic) exclaims.... Oh no mom....they did it again. By "did it again" he means messed up our order. Not to mention one of the pizzas was hard af and so crusty and dry that you could use it as a damn frisbee or friggin murder weapon!! Normally I could shrug this offence...if it was the first or even second, but God damn!!! I know your a small chain but seriously I paid more and called in my order for this?? Now I am stuck with 2 pizzas my kids won't touch and garbage fodder. I called in to complain and hopefully I get a refund. But even though the people half of the time are super friendly(longer blonde haired guy usually there)this is still pretty crappy for me as I do live far enough away that it makes it a super inconvenience. So now I am stuck paying for semi good over priced pizza up in the valley. Sorry this location is a 1 star. I have been to many others in Davis county and was amazed at the difference in taste and quality...I would even make that drive over trappers but the cost in gas right now makes it also not worth it. So please work on your phone ordering service and quality. Also today I can say that the bread sticks were not dry, flat or floppy for once...so they did get one...
Read moreI understand it being the 4th of July but if a business is choosing to be open on a holiday at least have the decency of doing a proper job. I originally went through the drive through but received no greeting from inside. I drove to the front and went inside where again received no acknowledgement of me being there. There were 4 people behind the counter ans not one of them said a word to me. When the employee was done with the customer in front of me, he simply said in mono tone what could he get for me. I ordered a EMB and a order of bread sticks and the employee responded with "no sauce?" He then gave me my total asked if I was paying with a card and put my order on the counter as I was paying. I said thank u and received no response. No thank you for coming , No have a good night, nothing. When I arrived home 5 min later I opened the pizza box to a very old, luke warm ( from it being in the warmer) pizza the cheese was pretty rubbery and the crust hard like cardboard. The pepperoni was dry and curled up. I took one bite and decided to call the store. By this time it was 9:30pm and no one answered my call. I am completely unhappy with the service and the food I received. How is this business still in operation with the poor food quality as well as the lack of customer service skills? I wish it were possible to give negative stars because they are not deserving of...
Read moreProbably the worst experience ever had with a little Ceasers Location. Made an order on the app to pickup in the drive-through. Got there. They said it wasn't ready and gave us a buzzer and told us to park and wait. I got a notification on the app but not the buzzer, so we waited 15 minutes later, still no buzzer, so the husband went in. The only credit I give them is that they were busy. My husband spent an additional 10 minutes just waiting in line to ask for our order. they had STACKS of orders just sitting all over the counters. Not in warmers, so our pizza had been sitting out since the app notification. He got back out to the car and then realized the order was wrong. So back he went and had to wait in line again! Then comes back out to the car, I go to hand out slices to the now dying starved children after our nearly 40 minute wait after our order should've been ready (if you have small kids you understand the drama) the pizza wasn't sliced!! So back my husband went to wait in line for a third time!! When he came back, it was almost depressingly comical that it still, at this point, was not cut through more like scored on top, which is crazy because the pizza was so thin it was hard to hold in your hand. Spent an hour in the parking lot playing this back and forth nonsense. It's probably safe to say we won't visit this...
