I read something on a Facebook page about the awesome service someone had received from here last week so I chose to stop at this location, out of the 4 subways I pass on my way home from work and Iāve got to say Iām so glad I did!!!
Kaitlyn took my order through the drive through and she was absolutely amazing!!!! She answered right away and was super polite and even more friendly. I was very indecisive and she was extremely patient and kind to me. She made great suggestions and personal recommendations that really helped me decide.
There was another girl running the drive thru window and she was kind as well but not above and beyond like Kaitlyn. I paid as soon as I got to the window and by the time the gal gave me my receipt she turned around and my food was ready. I thought it would be gross because it was ready so quick but boy was I wrong!
Kaitlyn is the one that also prepared my order and I honestly could not have been more pleased with my meal. Everything was super moist and fresh! She put it together nicely too so no sloppy mess here. The best way I can describe it is I feel like she prepared it how she would want to eat it.
I havenāt eaten at Subway in a very long time but I will be back to this location on a regular basis. Itās super close to my work to so itās nice! The new protein bowls are just perfect because itās a new option for those of us on restricted diets!

You choose any 12" size (only) sandwich from the board and then dictate preparation which is placed in a large bowl instead of on the bun. Once fully compiled, the employee runs a double bladed pizza cutter through the salad, multiple times, causing every bite to be a bursting with flavor blend.
This salad is quite large making a better value for the dollar than Wendy's. I would never have thought that Subway salad could be competitive in both flavor and price point. They are!!
I chose two dressings, on the side: the sweet onion (more full flavored) and vinaigrette (black pepper was prevailing flavor).
Successful at resisting two orders of two cookies; when the third order of two came about I decided to break off a piece of the Cherry Chocolate; this was even better flavor than the candy. The chunky red crystallized sugar they sprinkle on top adds both, a nice texture and eye appeal. Due to the impressive flavor of the first, I also sampled a piece of the Raisin Oatmeal cookie; the Cherry chocolate wins hands down. Next visit I will not last three rounds before joining in and ordering myself a Cherry Chocolate cookie.

Had to correct the delicatessen for putting steak on it, and he only put one scoop of chicken after making the correction. Figured that might just be what they're trained on, but weird how he'd go for a double scoop on the steak as I corrected him, and only do a single scoop when I call out the error... Not a big deal, he couldn't seem to hear. Plus the nachos are gimmicky, whatever. My main issue is that the guy making my food was ignoring my questions about using the app better in the future and eventually slopping my sandwich with sauce when I asked for a little extra. I didn't call him out then and there bc the food was paid for and I was on lunch break. But that dude needs to check his attitude -- I've worked in fast food, I know it's an occupation that has a negative impact on mood for the most part -- but it's weird to act inconvenienced by an order. Asked the dude, "Is there anything I can do on the app to make this more convenient cos I don't wanna inconvenience you with a bunch of additional requests in store" and he said "No. There's no way." Either it's an attitude problem with him or a problem with the app. But he made it unpleasant, which was entirely in his control.
