I work near this location and often come here for lunch. I went through the drive through and Shaylee was such a sweetheart. I was able to order super quick. I get up to the window and one of the other employees (didn’t get her name but she was wearing booty shorts this day) was standing at the window leaning over the counter talking on her phone. When she opens the doors she just stares at me with a dirty look on her face. I tell her what I had ordered and she rudely says “are you placing an order right now?” I told no, I just ordered it at the speaker. She had no clue I had just placed an order. Then she tells me the price and I tell her I am using Apple Pay. She then tells me “we can’t bring your phone in here” to which I replied, they do this for me all the time. I never give them my actual card they just have always used my Apple Pay. Then she told me it’s because it’s a liability. I get that. And I’m not mad about it but she needs to fix her attitude. Read moreThey need to get the hours on the app aligned with on Google. I ordered a sandwich for pick up at 10:30 in the app. App said the store opened at 10:30 I believe. I show up at 10:25 and got in the drive thru at 10:30. I wasn’t expecting them to have it ready right then just wanted to make sure they received my order. I pulled up to the drive thru and the store and google says 11. Why did the app let me order for 10:30 pick up at this location if yall ain’t even open?? Fix that! Edit- waited until 11. Got in the drive thru behind 2 other people. NO ONE came to the speaker at all. All three of us waited for maybe 3-4 minutes each with no one coming onto the speaker at all. Pulled up to the drive thru window where yet again NO ONE was there to help. Very very disappointed and now my sandwich I ordered to be ready almost an hour ago I’m still waiting for. Read moreI have always enjoyed Jimmy Johns and have had plenty of orders delivered from this specific location. I put in an order on the app for my usual, however, this time near the end of my sandwich I took a bite and ended up with a chunk of hard plastic in my mouth. Tried calling and was left holding so I went in person to speak with the manager. She took the plastic and tossed it along with my receipt and said there was nothing that could be done because I had eaten most of the sandwich.
Now, had it been made wrong that is one thing but blaming me because I didn't bite in and find the plastic sooner is pretty ridiculous and the managers attitude about it was unprofessional. I decided to call corporate to see if they would do anything before posting reviews and was told I would receive a follow up but none have come.
I know this is not a common occurrence but the way these individuals handled the situation says a lot. Needless to say I will not be buying from any Jimmy Johns locations in the future as they do not seem capable of...
