Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Ohio

The worst service i have ever received. Any other Jimmy Johns is very fast and on time especially when i place delivery orders ahead of time for a later time. It never shows up on the time i select and i place it always an hour and a half before my lunch time at work. On top of that i am always missing an item, whether that be a cookie or chips or even cheese on my sandwich. Today i called and said i have been having bad service lately and i received no cheese on my sandwich and i asked for a new one, i was told on my next order i will be given a slice of cheese? And that they couldn’t do anything else more for me. In past, i continued to order in hopes it was just a couple times of a mess up but each time i have ordered something is missing or wrong and the service i received on the phone today was terrible! NEVER ordering...

Rude staff...I asked about getting a unwich but to have them not wrap it and I'd eat it with a fork. A girl behind the counter stopped dancing with the other worker to tell me they don't have forks and they can't do what I'm asking. Fine, no big deal...but the music was so obscenely loud I couldn't hear myself order. The employees were just jamming to music and dancing. They were so preoccupied with dancing that they forgot mayo on both of our sandwiches and didn't give us napkins. Then, the same sandwich maker who was rude about the fork picked up the phone and handed it to someone, then went back to making sandwiches with her now filthy hands without changing gloves. Turn the music down, train your employees about sanitation, stop the dancing, provide forks and add purse hooks to the bathroom. Won't return to...

This review is for an employee named Kylie, at the Holland, OH location. Today when I went in to order lunch, I was shocked to see ONE employee and not the typical 3ish. The ONE employee,Kylie, had a full drive thru and now I was in her lobby. She took my order with a smile. She took a drive thru order. She turned off random buzzers. She answered three phone calls . She did all this with a smile on her face even though clearly, she needed help. The lady at the window was less than thrilled, judging my her face. But Kylie pushed on. I made the joke that if I could, is jump back there and help to which she said, WE ARE HIRING! LOL Anyway, I just wanted to praise her for her professionalism and good attitude.
