Bob Evans — Restaurant in Ohio

Absolutely aweful. Our food was inedible and gravy for half a side was dumped all over melting plastic in our meals! We were again missing part of order and being we were rushed out the door my bf had to go to door to tell them well in hopes to they looked at him ignored him then we called no answer! 40 dollars down the drain there ended up having to rebuy dinner elsewhere for my family. We were missing all of our chicken noodle soups and missing our bread and given 1 side of gravy for 3 sides of potatoes that i am not sure why it wasnt put on the meals as it usually is but by time we got to car and checked order in parking lot they wouldn't answer to give what was missing or correct their mistake. We had issues before with stuff not being put in but managers were always pleasant and offered to fix for us like scott did other day. He was very professional and took our new order himself that time and it was GREAT! THIS by far is my worst experience the woman serving us first said when i called at 835 we better be there by 9 or they will lock the doors. She sighed when i said i wanted strawberry pie and they were out with 3 course meals cause i then asked to make it 2 course instead. I made it extremely easy on her by having all the sides even be same and same soup etc. She wouldnt even let my bf hand me my drink in car cause she threatened to lock the doors on him saying we wont get our order! I get you close at 9pm that typically means at least every other place i have visited in the course of my 32yrs living in Toledo that they don't take customers or new orders after that time. I am very disappointed how disrespectful we were treated and we even tipped her 4 dollars for takeout just because we were at end of night still treated horribly! I wish i could post pics like on Facebook reviews. The container with the half serving of gravy leaked through the lid was on container side ways and then burnt through two of the meal containers the other was so dry and tasteless without the gravy for the potatoes and dressing that it was pointless. The sides of macaroni and cheese were like a fifth of the usual sides we receive literally looked like they took what little was left and slopped...

Absolute DISASTER from start to finish! I swear this place is always a Ghost town. When you walk in it’s never a nice greeting. Everyone just walks by and stares at you. We were seated for about 15 minutes till Gabby came over to see us. She told us that she was sorry for the wait but she was the ONLY waitress… there were only 2 other tables in the whole place but it is what it is. We asked about the 2 for $22 and she had no clue what we were talking about. Once we got to order we decided on the Honey Butter Chicken, Country Fried Steak and the Kids Grilled Cheese. With literally 2 other tables in the whole restaurant (that already had their meals) lord knows how or why our meals came out so BURNT?! My chicken was so burnt that the coating just fell off of it before touching it. My son’s Grilled Cheese was black on the one side and completely inedible. We had to flag down several different waiters to get stuff since this whole time we haven’t seen our waiter. Once we finally had enough we just went up to the counter as she came out of the back saying that she apologizes for not getting us anything but that she once again was the “only waitress” which the whole time was NOT True as they had 3 others. She was just always in the back drinking or eating. $48.90 later with a $5 tip and we took home nasty burnt food and didn’t even get the 15% Off Memorial Day Code that very clearly showed the Promo on it and no one knew how to add it to the Receipt. We have always had issues with the Bob Evans but only come once a year and always think it’ll be different. Well it’s not. We WONT be back to this one again! $50 for bad service and bad...

This location just can't get a large 2-GO family order right EVER! Over the past 3.5 yrs I've been ordering the same Family Cobb salad. EVERY single time I get home it's not 1, but 2 or three things that are wrong with it. Let's say they show you the salad when your there, but when you get home it's full of dead lettuce. With no salad dressing or something else. One time we where not to far away at a hotel and wanted salad we were using our gift cards from a previous experience and we had Cobb salad no chicken, no plates, forks, napkins, extra toppings I paid for. This goes on and on I only get this salad from time to time. This last time though is the WORST and I say it is my LAST. The company is serving less then par FROZEN EGGS now and tomatoes that come to the restaurant already chopped. I like sliced hard boiled egg on my salad. When I requested this as an extra topping like I do with every salad as I have every single time I was upset and shocked. The girl who made my salad asked how many do you want I said 4 (I thought I would be paying for 4 hard boiled eggs. Nope frozen water logged chopped eggs thrown on my salad. Nasty lifeless chopped tomatoes too. The management in return set me $20 for my two family salads that cost 14.99 a piece plus $1 for each for the 4 extra eggs I paid for on both salads plus tax which came out to be about $47. I called complained and guess what I got another $20. SERIOUSLY?! Not even $25?! I'm DONE these pathetic gift cards are just that gift cards for...
