Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Ohio

I'm a tiny little auld irish lady of 73 years...I'm kinda crippled and don't get out much so I got real excited when I saw you had a spot not far from where I live here in Ohio (Niles) but after looking at the menu and getting all happy about ordering...I found out you don't deliver from that store :o( ..... and that's a shame cuz I would have ordered the tailgator for my boys at the Firestone here in downtown Warren, Ohio (they take excellent care of my car that I don't drive much cuz of being disabled)...I was really hoping for delivery so if and when you think it's a good thing for your store, please indicate it on your google map site...God bless you all and please stay safe and happy...maybe the next time I can get the hutzpah to go out to my car and take a tiny drive...I'll buzz by your store and get a take out meal...til then, I hope your shop does really REALLY great (I am NOT a fan of Chic-fil-e....ugh...)....thank you and bless you all...hugs and an irish prayer for all of you to stay happy, joyful, and...

Look this place has done everything by the book to get you in the door, trendy location, clean lobby, friendly staff, everything you’d want to make a chicken place approachable. I WANTED so badly to like this place. However, the food just doesn’t have it. The prevailing flavor of the chicken is flour… there is no seasoning in this food. I hate to say it, but this chicken is the definition of “mid.” It reminds me of food you get in a nursing home cafeteria. And if your food is this plain, at least offer more than two sauces. We tried both, and they were also extremely lacking. As my wife said, the quality of crinkle fry shouldn’t be the star of the meal. I’m sad that I can’t leave a good review based on the food. The staff and facilities are great, that’s the only reason my review is as good as it is. Based on food alone, I don’t know how this place...

Terrible.

Service was ok, layout of store inside isn't welcoming, and it's confusing at first. Eating area way to close to where you order. Drive thru is ok.

Chicken tenders are the worst I've ever had. They taste like pure fried oil. Absolutely no seasoning, it tastes like cotton, bland. Texture is like the feathers of a bird.

Fries terrible. Cold, droopy, no seasoning, no crisp, bland cafeteria food. Also taste like oil and cotton.

Drinks are bad as well, ice tea/lemonade have no flavor, tastes just like water.

The canes sauce tastes like Mayo and black pepper. The sauce is very bland. That sauce is not saving anything, even with the sauce the food tastes terrible.

Plus one platter is 18-25$??? For 3-5 chicken strips smaller than my hands? What is the point of coming back to canes if everything is bad? The worst chicken...
