Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

On Sunday, I observed that the establishment was in the process of closing before the designated time of 5:00 PM. During this period, the team was already dismantling and cleaning equipment. Additionally, I encountered some challenges in my interaction with Eric, who appeared to be somewhat curt and seemed displeased that I placed an order close to closing time. Very bad customer service. Not the first time at this location but this is poorly managed location with rude employees and very unprofessional. I usually order online through the AA app but gets my order wrong everytime I ordered jalapeño pretzel but got classic one. And the one i got had too much salt. I would rather eat aomething else and ordering from this location from now on. I even had a small hair on my pretzal shown on the picture...

They are not very nice very rude. Especially if you special request something they act as if we can't say we want something other than what's in the box.
