Store 249 worst experience ever I got sick from this store I had to go to the ER from food poisoning I went into braumns the next day to explain to the manager he was acting all non chalant I ask him to step over to the side cause others was in the store I tried showing him the pictures I took from the hamburger I ate and my er paperwork he did in want to look at none of them I showed him the receipt of the order only thing he had to say was I'm busy taking orders and it sucks to get sick no apology are nothing he said he would tell the GM I called the next day To talk to the GM explain to him that the manger was kinda cold and nonchalant towards what I was telling him he never apologized either and how he knew who I was cause I called cooperate a few times and they called over there and told them all about the situation and I had called them that's how they knew my name and phone number mind you cooperate calling them but never once called me to apologize are to check in on me smh GM said he would look into it they lied and told another I guess store manger they took care of the issues and they lied cause they did in at all it took her to call me and apologize to me and offer me a free meal I took that but when I got it wasn't tasteful so I trash it only reason why I loved this braumns cause it was my mama favorite braumns to shop at bedor she died of cancer in Sept of 2022 I will never eat at this braumns again y'all need to learn compassion and to professional when it comes to people wish I could of...

I was in charge of this market for 8 years I retired in July of 2020 because of COVID-19 making it too risky for me to continue to work. I was very proud of how I maintained the Market area and I was continually complimented by upper management of the company of the outstanding appearance and stock levels of the market. Unless the policies have changed it was only acceptable to be out of three items unless it was a Warehouse out, it would be rare that I would ever be out of anything that wasn't a warehouse out. Milk is supposed to have at least 5-day shelf life or returned, it would be rare that you would ever find any milk on the shelf with not having at least 9 days generally whole and 2% always had 10 with proper rotation meant little to ever return. It really saddens me after they've spent all that money to remodel that there is no focus on the market area anymore that I was on so proud to maintain. I know I should just go to a different Brahms so I wouldn't continue to see this disappointment however this one is only 6 minutes from home. Very rude night management. Refused to give me my original receipt. Ordered and payed and got no receipt. I insisted on a receipt. Girl said she would have to get management. Called on on ear piece then she walked out of my sight with bank card in hand. Her and the manager came back and she asked what the problem was and I told her I wanted my receipt. She turned and said well we can fill your order we're out of vanilla yogurt, I will need your card back to put a refund on card. I told her I would change the order and she said it didn't matter she had to refund my card then charge it again. I got one receipt where money was refunded for two items and last receipt where 2 new items was charged. She refused to give me the first receipt even though there was more than two items ordered.
