Yesterday we had the unfortunate, unsettling experience in misplacing my fathers wallet while dining in this location after his appointment. We did not realize that his wallet was left behind until after two hours later. Upon calling several times, Kimberly answered the phone. Immediately, we asked if a wallet was left behind, she put my father on hold for 10 minutes. She confirmed that the wallet WAS there and proceeded to ask if there was a REWARD for finding it!! For finding a wallet left at this location after purchasing food ?! Kimberly informes us that her manager Nicole had his wallet secured in a āsafeā and would be the one to retrieve it. That she was currently out on her 10 min break. We informed her weād arrive in 5 minutes! Once there Kimberly only handed my father his Drivers License, no wallet ! We waited..and waited..for 25 MINUTES then the manager Nicole arrives. Entering from the main entrance coming from where all the patient and guest parking is found. Once inside, she just walks over and hands my father his wallet, doesnāt speak to us nor makes eye contact..just walks away. Walks straight to the back of the restaurant. Is the SAFE located outside the restaurant or where was she keeping the wallet at ?!
My father immediately checks his wallet to find $200 bills missing in cash money. We asked to speak to Nicole as she walks towards the back and doesnāt return. Kimberly, therefore tries to justify the missing money claiming Nicole showed the camera the remaining money that was left in the wallet. The food was purchased via a debit card, my father had just cashed his check in a total of $350.00. Needless to say, we left robbed and in disbelief ..once asked for a reward we found is suspicious. Once the money was missing, we knew that the money was confiscated. Untrustworthy employees and management stealing from ill patients is extremely sad...

It's one thing to have a conversation yet totally disrespectful when the cashier and another lady which was dark long hair talks about other customers while they stand there because he wanted to add to his chicken sandwich. Lizette was having a disgruntled, disfunctional attitude in front of customers. Lizette looked over at me and said another three minutes on nuggets. Why? I watched a full line clear out to realize some others matched mine here and there. Lizette was telling the cook to get it together when in fact he said he was clear and sent everything up in the window. I requested a refund which the Manager did to include the meal anyway. I stood another 11 minutes left at 425pm with a refund only. The cashier needs to be either retrained or replaced. Too bad I gave one star next to zero. She and other crew are distasteful for people to eat behind. If you have cameras...

After returning 3 days later, I received a truly sincere apology from the manager who took 100% responsibility for the cause of my experience. She refunded in full my purchase and provided an on-the-house replacement along with a beverage.
I accepted her apology because she took further steps to ensure my concern was immediately addressed and corrected.
For her customer service skills and her explaining it was her that made the original error, I have fully made an about-turn as the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was the best I have tasted. It tasted a little spicy from the first bite and the bun so fresh and soft it could have been made just hours before.
Move over Popeye's and my 60 year favorite KFC...Chick-Fil-A has a much better product. I will soon return to this location to enjoy hot, tasty chicken from a manager that accepts responsibility and truly wants to put out...
