Place is a joke! From girl taking order and messing up simple no whip cream instructions to the manager down the line making the drinks! Manager so worried about chastising girl for errors then taking care of customers in front you! Asked for my drink to be made right and guy literally turned to girl at counter telling for she’s messed up 3 drinks in a row. Girl tried to ask manager about sale on cups to which he responds so what are you asking. Poor girl really! I’d be messing up too if I had an arrogant man griping at me every couple minutes. This place never gets your order right even though they charge me for it. And when you do have them correct it. They have the nerve to have an attitude. Thus isn't right nor friendly. I use their services because it's convenient and located at my job site. It's always the one employee with the stupid attitude. Purchased two coffees and waited for one to be made. Took about three more minutes to be done which was expected. However as I went to pick up second cup of coffee the lid popped off the first cup and burned my hand and made a mess on their counter. No one bothered to see what the issue was. After trying to get the lid to stay on multiple times I realized the cup itself was damaged. Since no one decided to see what the issue was I finally just left and left them the mess to clean up.
