Five Guys — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I honestly do not write a lot of reviews but I have to on this. The manager Jon is phenomenal he checked on my wife and I multiple times throughout our meal and made sure we were good. He went above and beyond to make our experience there great! I honestly only want to go to five guys now if he is there because the service was exceptional and words cannot explain the amazing food!! As we were leaving five guys I saw Jon walk an elderly lady out to her car carrying her food for her because she was having a hard time carrying it by herself, you don’t see men like Jon anymore. We will continue to show our support to five guys and recommend to friends and family to go there only...

Just paid $25 for a bacon burger (no cheese) a small fry and 2 large drinks... I get it if it was on point, but this was not on point. Fries were completely oil slicked and undercooked. just floppy oil soaked gross. On top of that it seemed like they must've decided to just add some of the fryer oil to the bag which broke through. Burger wrapper was just coated in oil. Luckily they added a few napkins in the bag to clean up my car.

Im sure other locations must be great considering the expensive cost, which for fresh beef is expected. But with this outcome I would have been better off spending 1/3rd of the price at jack in the box to essentially have...

The people were nice and it was clean which is the only reason I am giving it two stars. The two behind the counter did seem a little overworked and having another person might help. Although I've really liked Five Guys in the past at other locations, tonight however, after spending around fifty dollars for burgers I was expecting to be delicious, the food was mediocre at best. The fries were burnt and the buns were soggy and soaked of grease. In all honesty, the new Mcdonalds burgers are better than this and a quarter of the cost.
