I had a bad experience at a Five Guys in another state around 2016-2017, so I hadn’t been back ever since, but once I got engaged in 2024, my fiancé insisted that I try it again. I refused but after many attempts and a lost bet, we went. We ordered a regular fry (WHICH CAN FEED 4 PEOPLE), two burgers and one strawberry and one cookies and cream milkshake. Let me be honest people… Braums is my go-to spot for burgers and milkshakes but… Five Guys did their dadgum thing! The shakes? Homemade and Delicious. The fries? Crispy. The burgers? Fulfilling and juicy. If you haven’t been, go.

I haven’t had five guys in awhile and really wanted it. Burger had no seasoning and my condiments were wrong. I don’t even like McDonald’s but it would have been better. I think they offered to remake it and a refund but then doubled back on the refund. I didn’t care about getting money back I just asked if they could remake it since it is was intentional. My 1 yr old will eat ANYTHING so I have it to her so I’ll give two stars for that. I think shed give five stars but she also eats bugs so

Disappointed!!! Dispite the good food I think is over price.. I gotta say the quality of the food from being fresh gives it a boost but If you can see the pictures you would think that's combo order would be around the $9 bucks but no I'm sorry the real price was over $15. I liked the food don't get it wrong but if you looking for a cheap meal around this area I suggest another place.. give it 3 stars for the good food and I won't give the other 2 for being over rated and pricey!!!

I honestly do not write a lot of reviews but I have to on this. The manager Jon is phenomenal he checked on my wife and I multiple times throughout our meal and made sure we were good. He went above and beyond to make our experience there great! I honestly only want to go to five guys now if he is there because the service was exceptional and words cannot explain the amazing food!! As we were leaving five guys I saw Jon walk an elderly lady out to her car carrying her food for her because she was having a hard time carrying it by herself, you don’t see men like Jon anymore. We will continue to show our support to five guys and recommend to friends and family to go there only...

Just paid $25 for a bacon burger (no cheese) a small fry and 2 large drinks... I get it if it was on point, but this was not on point. Fries were completely oil slicked and undercooked. just floppy oil soaked gross. On top of that it seemed like they must've decided to just add some of the fryer oil to the bag which broke through. Burger wrapper was just coated in oil. Luckily they added a few napkins in the bag to clean up my car.

Im sure other locations must be great considering the expensive cost, which for fresh beef is expected. But with this outcome I would have been better off spending 1/3rd of the price at jack in the box to essentially have...

The people were nice and it was clean which is the only reason I am giving it two stars. The two behind the counter did seem a little overworked and having another person might help. Although I've really liked Five Guys in the past at other locations, tonight however, after spending around fifty dollars for burgers I was expecting to be delicious, the food was mediocre at best. The fries were burnt and the buns were soggy and soaked of grease. In all honesty, the new Mcdonalds burgers are better than this and a quarter of the cost. I feel badly for spending so much money on a meal I was looking forward to only to be greatly dissatisfied. Sorry to say, but I...
