Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Wow. What a total disappointment! Normally, I rave about Jersey Mike's but this visit was horrible. First, I ordered a regular #7. The bread was misshapen and looked smaller than normal. I thought he was making me a mini so I asked since there were several sandwiches being made at the time. I asked for another regular instead of the one being made. Mind you, I did not wait until he was finished. I asked right away. He said they didn't have anymore bread for 10 more minutes. I also had 3 kids meals and the drink cup was not the hard plastic it was the water cup. I accidentally crushed part of it trying to put lids. Then I realized online that they come with a cookie that we did not get. The guy in the bandana seemed put out to help me and seemed to care less that I was not happy. Then after all that, less than two minutes later he grabs bread from the back for the next customers.....really? Then the guy ringing me up was very nice but you could tell he was fairly new and no one seemed to really want to help him with ringing me up. Not...

This is a common problem I've noticed during my time in OKC: There is just a pervasive culture in the service industry here that does not understand customer service. This place was a perfect example of that.

1. No greeting when I, or several others after me, entered. This is basic customer service etiquette, to acknowledge your patrons and let them know they are going to be attended to.
2. I stood under the "Order Here" sign for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged by any of the 3 employees behind the counter. A lady entered after I finally ordered, and she also stood there walking back and forth at the counter trying to get acknowledged as well, and eventually she just walked out.
3. I asked for minor modifications to my sandwich, the employee repeated them to me, and when I got my sub, the modifications were not done at all, and it was the wrong...

Placed a catering order the night before to be picked up at 11am. I was running late do to an issue at my hotel and arrived at this store at 11:20 my order was not ready. The sandwiches had not been labeled, the chips were not bagged, nor napkins, nor mayo & mustard packets I’d requested. The online order pickup line extended all the way to the front door with people waiting on their online orders. They attempted to label the sandwiches when I arrived but considering my meeting was at noon I had to take the order and run so I couldn’t wait for them to place stickers on the sandwiches and mark the lm properly. They didn’t seem short staffed and that wasn’t even during the non day lunch rush. The standard line wasn’t even long there’s was only about 2-3 ppl in that line. Not sure what going on at this location. But...
