I've never had such a terrible experience at a McDonald's. I was in a hurry on the 23rd of September to bring food to my family, they had a medical deadline to eat by due to a scheduled surgery. McDonald's is quick right? Wrong.
Mobile ordered & went to pick up via drive thru. We waited approximately 10 minutes at the speaker after being told to wait one moment before ordering. We pulled to the window when they started taking multiple orders from lane 2 and none from lane 1.
After approximately 20 more minutes of waiting for 4 cars to be cleared we finally get our order - it's wrong.
If the food was for myself I would have just left. 30 minutes have passed so I submitted a second order for what they screwed up, mobile order again. I was just going to run in and get it since it was an option on the app. GUESS WHAT? The inside dining area was closed and locked. Why was it an option?!
We proceed to go back through the drive thru, this takes another 30 minutes, for them to get it wrong AGAIN. Keep in mind I order one item.
We gave up and left - they barely had enough time to eat before their surgery cut off time. We had left two hours beforehand. I've never felt so bad my entire life. This McDonald's is terrible. Drive an extra block and save yourself the trouble.

Read moreGot home with my order planning to be in for the rest of the evening, before pulling the Mcdouble out the bag I noticed it was not fully wrapped, the edge of one side was open because the burger was not properly placed in the middle of the wrapper, when I unwrapped it, the burger was crooked, carelessly slopped together, there was a glob of ketchup on one end of the burger that seeped outside the bun, was all over the edge of one side of the bun, and this excess of ketchup blobbed on one end of the burger made a mess all inside the wrapper, such an incredible mess it would make you wonder if someone was having fun. I went back to exchange the burger, a hefty travel way and way back, I do not live around the corner, after I told a employee I needed to exchange the burger I asked for the manager because I wanted to make a manager first hand aware of how this burger was turned out, I explained it was not properly wrapped, crooked, and had a mess of ketchup coming out of the bun. She NEVER apologized for my bad visit/quality of food, she personally handed me the replacement burger and still NEVER apologized for the bad burger, I guess she picks and chooses whom she exercises this courtesy though this response is not her training, quite offensive, around 5...

Some day not October 21st I considered not leaving this review because I usually have a great experience with this McDonalds. Usually whenever I order fries on the app they are piping and fresh, but this just irritated me too much. I would rate one star if I hadn't had great experiences previously. I checked in at 9:24 this evening (according to my receipt) and didn't receive my food until 9:39. It wasn't even hot. The fries seemed to be the bottom of the bag and tasted like they were only warm from being under their heat lamp. My chicken sandwich was also not hot. Why did I wait so long for lukewarm food?
