So me and my husband come here all of the time. This night I came by myself and I was waiting for service but the black guy totally ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there. Finally this young Hispanic lady approaches me with braces she says ma’am have you been helped yet and I told her no and then the black guy commented and said I didn’t even know she was there which was very rude! She then looks at me and says I’m I am so sorry about that what can I get started for you? A proceed with my order she has great customer service the whole time but I will not let it slide that the first guy that noticed me ignored me and then once the lady with the braces starts taking my order he proceeded to take the ladies order that was standing behind me. I hate to use race in context but none of the workers and I mean absolutely none of them had name tags on I would have asked for the manager but absolutely none of them had name tags on. I would give the lady with the braces five stars for taking the initiative and just stepping in and doing her job I would give the guy no stars because he should know better I only give the place overall three stars because the...

My wife and I usually LOVE qdoba, and it is one of our affordable and yummy go-tos. That being said, our experience tonight was inexcusable. Walking in, I stood in a line of people to wait, which in itself is no issue. After choosing the rice and meat I wanted, I waited in a purgatory as workers left the area and customers waited for the rest of their toppings. The workers stood there to argue, curse, and complain about working a rush. A worker even came out eating chips out of a brown bag in front of the line at one point. The bowls of just rice, beans, and meat sat cold and piled up as we waited for someone to finish our orders, which took several more minutes (even though they seemed to be fully staffed, and it was 8 pm). I understand frustration, but the lack of effort or tact in the situation was unacceptable. When I got home, our food was cold (even though we live less than five minutes away).
