PLZ FIX THE UNDERCOOKED/RAW FRIES ISSUE, sometimes chicken is undercooked too (especially at night it seems, maybe night shift rushing it to get home early.) Almost every visit my fries are way undercooked & basically every-time I have went thru drive thru at night the food is undercooked (including the chicken at times.) seems the night shift rushes the cooking at night & is a safety hazard. The chicken strips are usually good during the day when cooked fully. The sauce is of course great but the fries are consistently undercooked & sometime the chicken (especially at night for some reason)…. Come on guys. Get a timed system or something to prevent half-cooked soggy fries & raw/undercooked chicken.
Also you guys should REALLY consider putting a layer of foil on the bottom of the Togo boxes or just wrap the chicken in foil for Togo, that way it doesn’t melt into the styrofoam box & have melted styrofoam on it… even the little wax paper thing you use for sit down orders would be better than nothing.
HOW DOES THE SAME PROBLEM FROM 2 YEARS AGO STILL EXIST, how have you not resolved this yet? FOR 2 plus years (probably for far longer), you’ve been serving paying Togo customers boiling hot fried chicken on bare styrofoam for years, ie you’re selling & serving people fried chicken with a melted styrofoam garnish. This is the simplest fix & yet you refuse to fix it..
YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY SHOOTING YOURSELVES IN THE FOOT. Like You have good chicken & great sauce (for fast food), & you could & would be the king of fast food chicken but yet you let your Togo food prep system & will ruin/squander this by not having a protective layer of foil or wax paper to prevent melted styrofoam on the food/chicken. So no matter how good the chicken is, it doesn’t matter if it’s covered in melted styrofoam on the bottom where it touches the box. A simple 2cent piece of wax paper or foil could solve this yet out of laziness, greed or just lack of care, lack of integrity, & lack of attention to detail you do nothing to solve it.
You all also consistently serve undercooked, cold, half cooked, & or raw fries. Sometimes undercooked chicken too, especially at night. If you’re going to charge double McDonald’s prices you should at least cook the food properly/fully. Nobody wants raw fries & chicken. This is just sad. You all could be the best fast food chain in the nation but laziness, lack of attention to detail, lack of respect for your customers, etc prevents this. You the ownership & upper management prevent this by not addressing issues that have been brought up years ago & are still not resolved or addressed. Bad management.

The lady in the drive thru didn't even let me roll my window down all the way before she started shoving the bag in through the car. I went with a coworker for lunch and got sick and my child got very sick. Sick to the point where I had to take him to hospital he was throwing up so much. I called the very next day to talk to a manager about it because my coworker informed me that she was also throwing up from the food. I spoke to someone who told me a manager should call me within a few hours and never received a phone call. I called back the next day and the following monday and still nothing. I was told my information was sent to corporate and they can't do anything further because it's out of her hands. At one point she told me she doesn't understand what I want. I WANT to speak to corporate and I WANT my money back. I STILL haven't received a call from anyone and this happened towards the end of December. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people. I kept the remaining bits of food for 2 weeks as proof or if they wanted to inspect it, even told them I could bring it in and they told me oh no that's not necessary you can throw it away. Read moreI went to this Canes restaurant yesterday to order 2 chicken finger combos. I often ask to have them cooked extra crispy because at times they need a little bit more processing time. I came to the drive thru -I knowingly have to wait a few moments longer because of it( no problem) but this time the employee asked could I please pull into curbside parking because it may be a bit longer( she was nice about it) I said ok but please don’t forget about me & leave me over there because last time that’s what happened & I had to come in-she assured me - oh no just a few minutes.After 10-12 cars went through the drive thru -here I am still parked & waiting! So I have to then call in there and ask what the heck happened to my order!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!! I asked for the manager -none was available!! Please do better!
