S&B's Burger Joint - Automobile Alley — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

We walked in (first time eating here, but was recommended) and there was a sign saying seat yourself so we sat down kind of close to the door and waited for about 10 min while people were leaving, most of the restaurant was empty and we saw servers walking around, yet nobody even came by. Finally a male server was cleaning a table 2 tables away from us so we asked if anyone was working our section, the male server was very polite and said it wasn't his section but he would help us by getting our drinks started and notify our server. We got our drink order in and waited and waited long enough to finish our drinks and have another conversation before our female server came to take our orde. We placed our order and our appetizer showed up pretty quick (but brought to us by another different server) we then waited even longer for our food (even watched the ceasar salad with chicken sit in the warmer for almost 10 min) then the first server brought us our food BUT WAIT not even the full order they forgot our fries so we had to wait yet again. Then we see our actual server take an order of fries to a different table that came in after us, so the first male server yet again brought us the fries and as we are finishing our lunch our actual server came back by to ask us what was wrong with our fries and why we went to someone else about them. So we explained it was that we never even got them so she said ok how about a drink to go and your ticket so we gladly said yes and when we got the bill we were also OVER CHARGED for 2 drinks we didn't order. Personal ranking 4/10 Parking here is a nightmare, large enough potholes to mess up anything small or low to the ground, upon walking in you’re greeted with a seat yourself sign with only dirty tables as an option, Ordered the sir bac a lot burger, large coke, Mac and cheese fries, the Brunch burger, and the classic strawberry shake here’s my experience with the food

The sir bac a lot burger was crisped nicely on the outside but then pink and in some spots raw in the center, it has the consistency of puréed meet, the topping seemed like blended bacon purée, which did not compliment the texture of the burger, too much chopped lettuce under the burger, the brioche bun was perfect, nicely toasted and buttery.

the classic strawberry shake is just blended up with strawberry syrup which was severely dissatisfying.

the coke was perfect the right mixture the perfect ice and the cups don’t smell overly of dish soap.

Mac and cheese fries are amazing, the chili wasn’t greasy, the Mac and cheese wasn’t soggy, and the bacon was perfect.

The brunch burger was so greasy i couldn't taste anything besides the small amount of Siracha sauce on it.

Side things being that the ranch is thin and runny which is wildly disappointing to any ranch lover, the esthetic of the place is incredible, but the pure lack of spacing and small tables leaves you feeling like you’re almost chair to chair with the neighboring guests and the servers are almost...

Called 3 orders in for pickup on 3/26/19. Well that is after my 3rd attempt of the store not answering the phone.. 1st order- Grilled chicken sandwich w/avocado lettuce tomato onions and asked for pepper jack cheese but said they don't carry it anymore, so I chose Swiss cheese. Also had the Mexicano fries.. 2nd order- Grilled chicken sandwich w/lettuce tomato onions and Swiss 3rd order-the bleu hamburger

We received on first order Grilled chicken sandwich w/avocado lettuce tomato onion, No cheese at all and a added bonus of bacon. The Mexicano fries were right. Second order- Grilled chicken sandwich w/ unwanted avocado no lettuce no tomato no onions no cheese and again the bonus bacon 3rd order- he received a plain burger with a piece of bacon and a speck of white stuff on bottom. Not sure if that was supposed to be the bleu cheese or what.. Also beware if u order in there or to go and I tell them u want BBQ sauce before u pay they will charge you $.50 cents for a very small size of it.. This place is overpriced and service and attention to detail is atrocious.. This is the second time in a row that I have gotten back to work with my order and they totally messed both orders up. This is from the location downtown OKC.. I go to the garage on council rd and pick food up and never once had a issue...

UPDATE THE OWNER ASKED FOR MY INFO AND I DID SUPPLY IT BACK WITH EMAIL AND PERSONAL CELL NUMBER AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD...
