I came to the store around 6:10 this morning. Which is 10 minutes AFTER they were supposed to open. They were not open, but there was a lovely young lady waiting outside being as helpful as she possibly could. The manager had not arrived to open the store and this young girl was not only there, but she was apologizing profusely for the inconvenience and doing her best to advise everyone coming through about the situation so that we weren't all sitting there angry. You 100% should promote her. Her customer service skills were impressive, especially considering that the situation was beyond her control and not ideal. 10/10 trying to get her to work with me as she was the only positive part of this attempted visit. Noticed the manager pulled up about 6:25 when I passed after going to Starbucks. I suggest hiring more dedicated and responsible management. Placing your employees in embarrassing and frustrating situations doesn't foster loyalty. Doing this down the street from another coffee place, thus driving business to your competitors, doesn't seem like financially sound...
Read moreI have been going to the same Scooters for 3 years. It's right down the street from my work. It was great until it wasn't. There is a pocket-sized brunette barista who has NEVER gotten my order correct. This is not an overstatement. Not one single time has my order been right. As soon as I pull up to the window and realize it's her.... I know I'm not drinking happiness that day. At most my order is 3 coffees, but usually only 2. I took a break from Scooters and started going to Dutch Bros for a few weeks just hoping that would give her enough time to train and get the groove of things. I went back a couple of times and she was not there. I thought maybe she realized this was not her calling and moved on. Until today. She's back. The hot Caramelicious with extra espresso shot is iced. I've never been a fan of iced coffee. Blended on a warm summer day, or hot for all the others. Read morerecently every time I come to this location, my coffee is always disgusting. i noticed the original ladies no longer work there. i usually try to avoid this location but today i was like ya know im nearby i might as well stop by. i hate paying over $15 for two coffees to both taste completely like whip cream and have a terrible coffee ground taste. going to continue to never come to this location
looked at the other reviews just now and not surprised by all 1 stars for the last 8 months
not to mention when i ordered on the app, showed up to get my order — i went to the window not realizing they closed earlier (my order went through online) they all turned off the lights quickly and ran to their cars and sped off. i never got my refund from the app and my emails answered.
