I donāt like giving one stars but when you make an online purchase and put in the special notes that you donāt want your sandwich toasted to please microwave it and you get there to pick it up and you ask them to make sure that is what they did and you get told oh yes I did it myself. So you go home and get everybody sandwich out and your sandwich is ice cold. I used to be an asst manager for subway I know how they are to microwave the steak and cheese if itās not wanted toasted before you put anything else on it cause when you let people go home with it cold you can give them food poisoning cause they may have added toppings that canāt be heated like mayo and so on. Well I guess thatās what Iām stuck with today because the staff canāt read the orders and do them the way they are supposed to. So now Iām going to also make a call to corporate...

As a customer, I should not be denied my food because I attempted to pay with a $100 bill on a Saturday evening at 5pm. There were several customers who paid with cash. Not to mention, Subway is a business to the public and I would think the owner ensure the employees are well equipped to making change for $100 bill. The cashier had enough nerves to point and tell me to go get change across the street at the gas station or next door at Homeland.It is NOT my responsibility to make change for a business that is opened to the public. I guess this Subway do not believe in making the customer experience satisfying and convenient. Next time, will I have to go buy dishwashing liquid for the utensils to cut...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been going to Subway for years...specifically the one closest to my house on Reno & Mustang. The only sandwich i normally get is a Steak & Cheese. As they were putting on the veggies I noticed the lack of meat. I mentioned it to the workers and they said they are now required to way the meat to put on. I let them know that this was about 1/3 the amount I have been used to getting. And to let their bosses know that this new policy is costing them a customer. They said they understood and did not like it either. The workers were great. No issue with them. I am not paying that price for an average sub with basically no meat on it. So now I will be taking all my sub sandwich business to Jersey...
