Look no further than Kirin Chinese OOB! Their food is perfectly cooked, amazingly priced, and the staff are very friendly. They are happy to change out items within their combos and bento boxes for you. You get to watch them work their magic in the kitchen or shake up your favorite drinks!

Personally, I get the strawberry mango boba tea with green tea and either mango or strawberry popping boba. I get it every time I'm on break at work. It makes my night (or day on the rare occasion). Whenever I'm down, the staff make me smile and give me encouragement.
