I passed this place a bunch and I finally decided to try it out. The pizza place across the street was closed so I gave this place a shot. Friendly staff, great branding, clean. The pizza was horrible. It says if someone tried to create pizza here and never realize that they improved upon it elsewhere in the world. I assumed I would eat this on my way back to the highway, I was very wrong. I couldn't wait to find a place where I could pull over and throw this in the trashcan. I got about four bites in before I just gave up and realize it's not worth putting this in my body. This would probably be a good pizza to send to correctional facilities or be featured as a terrible school lunch somewhere. Would not recommend. I suggest the owners go on a small road trip and visit some upstate New York bar, pizza places, maybe some Connecticut style pizza places as well as New Haven, Boston, and New York and reevaluate. Go pick up a Cape Cod Pizza in the frozen food section of most local grocery stores and compare it. Do...
ย ย ย Read moreThis was such a bizarre experience. It was the only place in the whole town open. When we showed up there was one other group, then suddenly people from all walks of life flocked to it like moths to a dying flame. You had wealthy(ish) people desperate for food, then working class city Mainers smoking vapes, even the kids kicking the atm down the block came over to get a meal. The sidewalk got PACKED and LOUD it was one of the most surreal experiences Iโve had in Maine, and it all happened in under 10 minutes. My favorite part was a couple walked up and asked the cashier if any real restaurant was open in the town and the cashier didnโt know, he pointed them in the direction of a bar up the street but said for them not to get their hopes up. This was 7:30 at night. Props to the cashier for promising to stay open late (8 pm) if the couple came back cause the bar wasnโt open. Oh and the pizza itself is pretty badโ like lunchroom pizzaโ but itโs not terrible if youโve been mildly sleep deprived and baking in the...

All four meats were oily and tasted the same. Oil dripping off the slice, beware of getting any on you. No flavor to the sauce. Worse than any frozen pizza, and far worse than any pizza by the slice I have had all along the Atlantic seacoast - Virginia, Maryland, CT, NYC. It was one of the few places open during the off season. Couldn't finish the portion and put me off my beer. Felt queasy the rest of the night. Did not try anything else, they were selling big portions of fries to a captive audience due to the odd closed days in...
