My husband stopped at Burger King and bought me a large onion ring. He mentioned that the staff were rude and asked him to back up even though there was traffic behind him. When I received my onion rings, they were old and cold to the touch. I tried calling the store, but the number was disconnected. Not everyone can leave their houses, so at least make the food hot and fresh. You wouldn’t eat stale, old food, so why serve it to us?
When I went to return the onion rings, the lady at the cash register, who appeared to be management based on her shirt, showed no concern. She offered no apology, simply took my bag, discarded it, and said to make a new order of onion rings. While I waited for my remake, I noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their onion rings first. Not once did she mention that she was working on my order or give me any updates. The manager with red braids was the rudest manager I have ever seen, demanding the young lady at the front cashier register to take orders out while she was already helping customers with inside orders. There was no respect for customer service. Without customers, you would be out of work. We need to do better, especially in OB. Yeah, I’m done here.
Then, when I asked about my order, the cashier started to make it, but the manager said, “Oowe, I forgot. D**n.” She did make up for it by giving me hot onion rings and saying, “I’m sorry”...
Read moreI thought something was rather odd when the girl at the counter took my card to the drive thru register to ring me up. When I got my receipt I checked it to make sure she rang me up correctly. That's when I noticed I was charged 9% sales when the tax rate in Olive Branch is 7%. She was rude and wouldn't even make eye contact when I confronted her. The other lady said something about the "office" setting that up. When I asked who I could contact she turned her back on me. I called BK's help line only to be redirected to a website for my complaint. Talk about crappy customer service.
Furthermore, while I was standing at the counter I looked down and noticed ketchup packets from 2004. This is the second time a BK in the area has served me ketchup from 2004. The first time I was visiting a relative at the Methodist hospital on Covington Pike in Memphis and dined at the BK across the street. That time I ate some of the ketchup before I noticed the date. I had diarrhea for a few days afterword.
Obviously, I will never set foot in another Burger King again. But I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the distinct pleasure of both being ripped off and getting food poisoning at...
Read moreI have never had an issue at this Burger King! Line is never long and I’ve never had my order be incorrect. Also know one has ever been rude to me. Very nice staff. I’m finally writing this review because today I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window to pay I realized I forgot my wallet. Of course I’m embarrassed and informed the manager who was at the window that I would be right back. No need to even remake food. And what does he do? He pulls out his own wallet and pays for my food!!! I insisted I could come right back and pay him back but he insisted as well “no I’ve got it”. Floored!! This was the cherry on top of me 100% needing to write a review. Thank you very much! We come here almost every Saturday because my son loves to get their pancakes. Just made his...
