Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Olive Branch

I went online and placed order only to get message saying the store not open except for delivery, so drivers can walk in but customer cannot. This is a ridiculous, ludicrous money grab process so they can charge yoi a $5 delivery fee that has nothong to do with delivery. This fee does not go to the driver, it is not part of their tip, it has nothing to do with up keep of delivery car. The store its self does absolutely nothing different. Pizza goes in same box with same name label. The difference in carry out and delivery: we go in and they hand us the pizza from a shelf, delivery the driver goes in and gets the same pizza from same shelf. Store pays none of the driver expenses or tip yet they charge us $5 extra to put pizza on the same shelf for a driver to pickup. They are lucky we did not feel like cooking or want anything else. Last time I pay this ridiculous delivery fee robbery.

EDIT: Last time i ordered the samething from here took 20 mins from order completion to on my plate, that was us picking it up. This time my expected delivery is an hour and 15 minutes after order completion....

Always fresh and on time when I order from this location (which is often). Took one star away because of the experience I had with the pickup order I placed. I accidentally ordered at 20 ounce instead of 2 liter soda. Sent my kids in to get the carry out and told them to get the soda. Some guy with tattoos , reddish hair, comes out to the car to tell us the kids grabbed the wrong size soda, it was an honest mistake on my part. But the way he approached my car about it rubbed me the wrong way. And with the amount of orders I would have thought he’d seen it...

I wouldn’t recommend no one in Olive Branch area to purchase anything from this Papa John store. Why? Because I have never in my life seen a business deny someone from ordering pizza to them cause of where they work at . Especially when I have ordered more than once at this location. Yet, they want to constantly making up rules about not ordering to my job but yet I am personally seen them come deliver orders ! Just terrible service! Won’t get another dime of my money ever again! I bet you won’t see another of my employees...
