So I was going to let go of the employees snarky comment of "She still has to pay for the pizza" after they didnt hear/listen and missed my families large cheese pizza when I was already back in line to do just that i outerslly went from sitting on the bench to back in line when i learned they didnt ring up the cheese pizza. But then I eat my 1st slice last night around 930 at wirk and 30 - 45 minutes later I'm attached to the toilet with water bms and bubble guts. My husband and son are the only other two who partook in the 5 meat pizza and they also are sick with food poisoning symptoms. I called to inform them they gave us food poisoning and ask for a refund for the contaminated food that was sold to us, and the manager said that due to no one else calling in and complaining of food poisoning it was their policy to not refund my family for food that made us sick! So because my family is the only one effected or saying their effected we just get to be left with this not being made right!!!!!!!
Even after cooperate promised to make it right! The owner called and refused to refund still spouting that their temperature logs were all within required levels. Saying that it takes 8+ hours to contract food poisoning. However when you have a sensitive stomach and gi tract issues it can and does hit quickly has my whole life. My husband and son werent symptomatic until the next morning so gee there is the 8+ hiurs for those with normal stomachs. However temperatures don't mean diddly squat if it's a bacterial contaminants that caused our food poisoning.

Read moreWe were un Wednesday night. Employees forgot one of our pizzas from the order and then we're rude to my wife. She took her slices to work with her and she has given issues so if something isn't agreeing with her stomach it happens quickly. She was having sulfur burps and diarrhea within an hour of eating. I didn't go down until mid morning the next day and my son as soon as my wife came home was having sulfur burps and diarrhea.
My wife Luna Luttrell made a review and despite cooperate replying and saying they would make it right. When the owner Todd Gritten called my wife he stuck to their temperature logs being within required ranges, but temperatures holding doesn't mean a bacterial contaminants haven't gotten in. He refused to refund any of our money spent because no one else called in and per him "food poisoning takes 8+hours to contract." My wife's was instant because she has ibs as well as other gi issues that make her stomach and gi system very sensitive. Mine and my sons took the 8 hours.
We won't be shopping with Papa Murphy's ever again due to the lack of customer service and accountability as well as being made sick and it not...
Read moreFood is usually on point, staff is usually courteous and friendly... But today, that was not the case for at least one staff member... She was incredibly rude and slamming things around non stop- so loud that the other employee couldn't even hear me, then she was asking questions rudely and rolling her eyes, scoffing at me "you're ordering more than one pizza?!?!" ....all this attitude just because I noticed they were open & still making pizzas for another customer & came in about 10 mins before closing (takes 5 minutes to make a couple pizzas!!!) .... If you didn't want anymore customers - say you're closed when they walk in!! Or lock the doors... Don't act like you're entitled to act so immaturely trying to intimate a customer and have such a nasty attitude.... Get another job if you can't handle customers properly!! I will be calling and talking to a management soon...
