If you're on the hunt for a culinary haven that ticks all the boxes, look no further than Cattle Call Restaurant and Bar. This gem shines brightly with its impeccable service, mouthwatering dishes, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger long after your meal is over.

Firstly, let’s talk about the food. Oh, the food! The menu is a gastronomic delight with a range of dishes that cater to every palate. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty Morgan Ranch Short Rib, a delicate seafood dish, or a comforting plate of steamed dumplings - MOMO, every bite promises to be a flavor explosion. And don’t even get me started on the desserts. They’re the perfect sweet ending to your meal—decadent, creative, and utterly irresistible.

Now, onto the cocktails. The mixologists at Cattle Call are nothing short of magicians. Each drink is crafted with precision and flair, offering a perfect balance of flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing. Whether you’re a fan of the classics or looking to try something new, their cocktail menu is a must-try.

The service here deserves a special mention. The staff is friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure you have an unforgettable dining experience. They’re always ready with a smile, a recommendation, or just a friendly chat, making you feel right at home.

And for those who love to dine late, Cattle Call’s extended hours mean you can enjoy their amazing offerings well into the night. It’s the perfect spot for a late-night bite or a relaxed evening with friends.

In summary, Cattle Call Restaurant and Bar is a shining example of what a dining experience should be. From the incredible food and drinks to the top-notch service, every visit here is a celebration of culinary excellence. Highly recommended!

Enjoy your next visit...

We went for an early dinner to try out this new restaurant. Really like the aesthetics of it. It's a beautiful space. Server was very friendly.

Food:

Shisito peppers 4 stars I absolutely love shisito peppers. These were prepared grilled, over top of a polenta mix. I wasn't really a fan of the polenta though. It was interesting but not something I would order again since that's the other half of the dish. I did very much enjoy the peppers though which is why this still gets a 4 and not lower.

Charcuterie 4 stars Enjoyable Standard The meats were 3 of the most common (one I did like, I always forget the name but it has a slight perfume flavor for me, the other two ones I did like ) The cheese of the tray was more impressive. The ricotta with honey was very nice and the other piece was good, but I don't recall our server going over any of it. She just placed it down and left.

Momo dumplings 4ish stars? For my taste, the deep fried ones fall along a higher 3.5-4. I'm not a really big fan of fried dumplings in this style, but it doesn't mean that it's bad, which is why I'm saying this is probably a four-star. I prefer steamed dumplings myself and it was nice that it comes with four sauces with no limitation on how many sauces you get.

Mango and passion fruit puffed pastry 4 stars Quite enjoyable. I could pick out both flavors and they did meld very well.

My initial visit was pretty good, I would come back here and try more things and hopefully find a five-star item next time to upgrade this. It definitely has...

I travel for work all every week, all week. This affords me the opportunity to eat out frequently. Every day except the weekend I’m in a different City.

After a few years of this eating out trying to find a “good” place to eat has become more of a chore than you might think.

And then I stopped at Cattle call. The first visit was so good, I actually re-arranged my travel plans to get in an extra visit. Everything I have ordered on the menu has been fantastic. Saturday the 11th of August they had a grand opening and added items to the menu. Yea. Previously the Aloo Chops and MOMO’s were great and light and delightful. Now there’s a bit more and WOW.

I ordered the Morgan Ranch Hanger Steak today and I was delighted with the flavors. These are more aligned with European portion sizes but the size of the flavor is out of this world.

OK. I’m a foodie and I skipped all of my meals to be able to try things on the menu as I won’t be in town for a while. I had a brief discussion with the Chef de Cuisine Dom and even decided to try a second entré. Dom recommended the Shishito as a good second savory dish for the evening. I wish I lived closer. Shishito peppers, miller-dohrmann polenta, longwalk sweet corn, ponzu, grana padano. Light, tasty, delicious and delightful.

I’m eventually going to have every item on this menu including the things I would never think to order.

NOT crazy expensive. Spectacularly fresh ingredients prepared with passion and talent. Go there.

Don’t...

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I knew it was going to be an evening to remember. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. I started with the *Carpaccio*, a dish that immediately set the tone with its vibrant presentation and delicate flavors. As someone who loves fresh, clean flavors, the beef melted in my mouth, perfectly balanced by the crisp wonton chips. The *Morro Bay Black Cod* for the main course was a revelation—flaky, buttery, and sitting atop a bed of chickpeas that gave the dish an earthy depth. I appreciated the balance between the sweetness of the roasted vegetables and the fresh herbs, But it was the *Cremeux* that stole the show—each bite of dark chocolate ganache was pure indulgence, the bitterness of the Campari cherries cutting through the richness in a way that felt almost nostalgic, like the first time I discovered how complex chocolate could be. Paired with a beautifully balanced cocktail, this meal wasn’t just food; it was an experience, each dish inviting me to slow down and savor the moment.
