As soon as I walked in today roughly around 8:35 a.m. Friday morning there were no customers in line and there were at least five employees standing around One lady had merchandise in her hand and said Good morning and somebody would be with me I stood there stared at my phone for about a minute or two until someone finally walked over to take my order his name was Josh very friendly I ordered a simple pike venti coffee and that's it another employee named Jacob laughed out loud as I said thank you to Josh It took me at least 5 minutes to use the restroom as I came out my coffee was still not done on top of that the lady who was making my coffee put her entire hand over the lid as she placed it on my cup pressing it down I didn't know that this is the way they put cups on lids with their full hand not wearing gloves especially where I plan to drink from. I did ask for another lid The lady seem to be bothered as she asked me for my name and stared at the cup which normal Starbucks write your name on cups but I didn't give her my name because I said I thought they already took my name and she responded saying I didn't take your name and your order not sure why she felt the need to say that. I'm a Hispanic woman and I do feel this place was somewhat racist because those two Caucasian employees that were giggling instead of attempting to provide customer service as soon as I walked in not only that they were taking their time as I mentioned ordering a simple coffee and there were absolutely no one in line ordering prior or even after me but I would recommend a simple recheck on how they're providing customer service when there are multiple employees standing around and also double checking as far as how they're placing lids on customers cups because I don't think that is the proper way to place the lid using your full hand and...
Read moreI’m an uber eats person awaiting on standby. I thought I’d use the restroom here @ Starbucks because I have a history of being a great client… HOWEVER! At this location? It changed my perception of thought. The employee that assisted me was holding a mop in her hand and said how can I help you? I replied that I would like some water in my Starbucks cup that I had bought from another store with a little bit of ice. It was then at that time. She said I’m sorry we don’t provide water with ice any longer complementary Or waiting room or restroom any longer to our customers. When I heard her say that I was dumbfounded. It sounded horrible! Just horrible! Starbucks please hear this. Please put your customers first and provide better service than that.! Please inform your employees to put the mop down before advising this information at least with more compassion in their tone. And please, hopefully for God sakes change this policy. It’s very inhumane. Everyone needs to use the restroom at some point. Your customers have a history of using other Starbucks and have had been loyal to you for many years in the past. your customers at Starbucks here and many locations have made Starbucks what they are today. Please don’t do this policy and bring Starbucks down...
Read moreTERRIBLE customer service here. These kids are out of control. Starbucks needs to do better.
Kids managing kids is so crazy to me. Some guy that hasn’t hit puberty yet took my order was obviously high while taking my order. He couldnt remember anything I said and made a million mistakes getting me a single hot, black coffee.
Then he had the nerve to get upset and rude when I mentioned that my coffee was cold (I asked for it to be hot and fresh). He then started ignoring me while I tried to explain my order again, and began making jokes under his breath. VERY unprofessional. TERRIBLE HIRE STARBUCKS…. Do better.
To everyone reading… you don’t deserve this treatment, and I’ve received it a few times at this location. Between myself and my company, we spend an average of $9,000 per year at Starbucks. Your money matters people.
Starbucks doesn’t care about its customers anymore.
Save yourself the terrible experience. Find another location or better yet, another...
