Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Ontario

I had the worst experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes, and I am extremely disappointed. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The woman in the back, who was preparing the cake arrangements, was especially rude and unprofessional. She carelessly threw the cake arrangement on the counter without a word, no greeting, no smile, not even a simple “thank you.” The lack of basic customer service was shocking.

When you go to a place like this, you expect kindness, appreciation, and at the very least some respect as a paying customer. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it completely ruined the visit. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

I came in to grab a bundtlet the other day. While I was there, another customer had their pickup order mixed up with someone else's, resulting in a small wait to get him the correct order. I could hear the managers yelling at an employee in the back for the mistake in a way that was genuinely abusive and outrageous. The employee came back out a few minutes later to help me, wiping tears from her eyes. I don't care how good the cake is here -- I am not coming back because of what I witnessed over a small mistake. I came here the 1st day they opened, the owner greeted us (he was very nice). When I found out NBC was going in here, I was so happy & excited. Before, I had to drive to the Rancho location. I love all the flavors, but my fav is red velvet. The bundt cakes are always moist, and I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience at NBC. Wishing the new owner...
