My experience at this place is very bad because its employees yesterday and today have discriminated against me because my level of English is not good and I am not going to let anyone discriminate against me because I am a person who comes to buy, not to ask and just because I arrived with some coupons that arrived at my house they. They start laughing then the truth is I do not know why they have people like that serving the public since all people are equal I will return and it happens again and I will call the police and I will file a complaint for discrimination because I have my permit to work in this country and I am legal. Today, April 6, 2025, I arrived at the Metro store on Navarre Avenue and number 31 and the employees told me that they couldn't serve me because of what happened the other day. Read moreI ordered food from this location in OREGON last night! My significant other now has food poisoning! We ate dinner at 9pm and he started vomiting at 3am this morning and has been up ever since! The doctor even said it was food poisoning! I will never EVER be coming here again! I will never stray from Penn Station again because I have never ever gotten food poisoning from their subs! It takes 1-6 hours for food poisoning to set in, do the math! And NO our subs were NOT THE SAME! You deserve no stars at all but Google wouldn’t let me do that! As I go to the counter I tell them my name and Sarah, the little blonde girl, asks me what kind of sub and she asks the girl in the back if they did my sub yet and the answer was no. Sarah says “oh, we must have not received it” I say “okay!” Go to my car to grab my phone to show them my order and that it already charged my card. She says “I can make it in like 5 minutes”. She proceeds to help the next costumer in line before me. The other worker, who I assume is new asks if she made my sub yet and she yells at him “no, because it didn’t print out!!” Which I felt was very unneeded.
