Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory of Auburn Hills, MI — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

We were down in Auburn Hills for a short family vacation. We were getting ready to head back home and we saw this store on the way out and wanted to pick up some treats for the road. I can honestly say I wish I would have saved the money. We purchased a brownie, PB brownie, lemon cookie, birthday cookie (or something like that with caramel and candy pieces on top of a sugar cookie), and a pecan caramel apple. The brownies were hard and lacked flavor, the cookies were mediocre at best. Caramel apple had very little caramel and apples didn’t have great flavor. This place is wrong for what they have done I brought my service dog with me he’s is a registered service dog I need him to help me walk and keep my balance as soon as I come in the store she said NO DOGS allowed I said yes I get he’s a service dog she says NO and demanded to see proof that he’s a service dog when it is indeed against the law for her to ask me for proof THE proof is in my pocket the whole time and after I showed her the proof she still denied me from buying anything and I left the store in anger I am going to file a lawsuit for discrimination against this store the old lady refused to give me the store supervisors name or number and to be honest I just think she’s a...

Carleigh was excellent host/cashier/ she took care of everything!!! I order a dozen candied apples and she had them in the personalized bags just like it requested!!!
