Panda Express — Restaurant in Orland Township

I have ordered from here a good amount of times and received my food with no problems... when the people that know how to work and communicate with customers make the orders and package the order. I ordered two orders of food, one was a reward I redeemed on the mobile app for a pick up to be made immediately. When I arrived they had my reward pick up ready but not the initial first pick up. They told me "Please wait for the receipt to come out" I waited like an idiot for 15 minutes before I spoke up and asked why my mobile order isn't being made they checked and saw it was paid for alongside proof with my phone. It was a little frustrating because the people working in front seem not to know how the system works or mobile ordering. I think this will be my last time at this location. Showed up at 828 on a Sunday. They are open until 9 but they close their dining room at 830 supposedly. Some snotty little teenager just told me to go around the drive through with the utmost of Orland Park stankness in her voice as she was locking the front door.

I say ok. I go around and just when I order they tell me they are out of noodles. I was ready to order about $50 worth of food and I asked if they could replace noodles with egg rolls. No go. How unaccommodating! How does a Chinese restaurant run out of noodles?! Especially when it is Panda Express. I feel like they didn’t want to take three minutes and make them. Bogus.

Fuggedaboutit. Never again. I’d rather walk into the mall next door...

Panda is good tasting fast oriental food. It taste the same typically at all their restaurants.

What I don't like is probably company policy versus service. If you get there with 2 hours or less before closing they probably won't make any new food and you're only choices are what they have left. I felt like I was in a comedy sketch. Everything I kept ordering they didn't have. So I finally ask then what do you have? So don't go late. Only the early bird gets the food.

Plus when you're paying the premium extra amount for certain entrees I hate when they barely give you any of the entrees and you're paying extra. I should have more that 4 or 5 shrimp with the honey walnut shrimp. But that...
