Spoke to Manager named Sarah tonight called because I got home at the place in my order and my food was basically cold. She said that they make everything fresh to order. I live three minutes away. I’m very familiar with fresh food and this just simply wasn’t it she was pretty rude and disrespectful. She said that I would have to drive back up there to bring back the food and They would remake it, which is zero accommodation for me being that I literally just came from them and asked for fresh Food and did not get it. I let her know that I wouldn’t be coming back out, simply not fair to me as a customer, I said I would rather just speak to a store manager tomorrow someone who is a little bit more professional because she was definitely disrespectful a few times over the phone. She said she make sure that she’ll tell the other managers not to replace my meal, I kindly repeated what she just said back to me, and then she tried to change it, I mentioned that it’s fine. I would just be reaching out to corporate since that’s how she handles customers and she got off the phone and said have fun. If this is how raising Cane treat their customers when they are in the wrong, I will...
Read moreI’ve visited the Orland Raising Cane’s location 3 separate times within the span of 4 months and had bad experiences everytime, and was never served not even once. First and Second time I sat in the drive thru from 11:00am to 11:10am with no one greeting me at all, just for them to say “we aren’t taking orders.” With no explanation. Then this most recent time, me and a few friends walked into the lobby, saw a family almost finished with their food, we were never greeted by the employees, an employee rudely shoved his broom between me and my friend saying he had to sweep there, then the employees announced the dining room is closed and everyone needs to leave. And this was at 4:30pm on a Saturday. I just don’t understand it. I’ve been to the Naperville location 10+ times and have a 5 star experience every single time, never get an order wrong, always super happy and conversing with customers, food perfect. But this Orland location comes nowhere close. I don’t review often, but I can’t believe this location feels so bad to where I have to. I also shouldn’t have to drive all the way to another location just because this one can’t fulfill...
Read moreI would like to begin with as I pulled up into the drive-thru. They were about 4 to 5 people at the register. Just talking socializing the girl opens. The window tells me how much it was. Doesn't say hello. Doesn't say thank you for coming to raising Cane's nothing. She's too busy socializing with her little friends at the window where money transactions are being made and it's very important to be paying attention of what you're doing. Especially when you're dealing with money, but her conversation with her little friend was more important. Then I get to the pickup window and there's seven to eight people just shooting the s* socializing. Talking about God knows what being very unprofessional didn't even thank me for coming nothing. It was like a place where teenagers just socialize and get paid to socialize because there was nothing professional about this place. I don't know if there was any manager working or not but it's basically a bunch of high school kids handling your food and honestly I did not feel comfortable with that so I will be not...
