So I would typically rate this a 5 star, usually everyone is nice and things are stocked and good. But my experience at the delli is ALWAYS SO BAD it brings the rating down a lot. I love my sandwich’s, so I go weekly to the delli. And the darker older guy who closes is the nastiest man there. This is the third time with him, and he always says something disgusting and rude, it’s like he goes out his way to just be rude. I always just brush it off and talk back kindly because sometimes that’s needed for them to be kind back… the first time he was sighing and complaining about having to be there working and kinda rushed me to hurry and ordered what I wanted. Fine. The second time he refused service because he said it was 30 minutes till closing and he doesn’t FEEL LIKE cutting anything. This time he said “Oh you’re just in time I was just about to go on break” and I just gave a smile and ignored it then he follows it with a “come on speak fast” … WHAT??? Yea no if you’re that miserable find another profession or at least keep your bitterness to yourself. Read more🚨🚨🚨 Beware ‼️Stay away from this store. I had the worst experience at BJ's Wholesale Club. The staff was rude and incompetent. One of the store managers, Liz, provided the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I waited 30 minutes for her, and when she finally arrived, she ignored me until I approached her. The customer service rep accused me of trying to return an item twice just because the receipt had a circle and some initials on it. Those are pretty big accusations to make to someone, especially since the items were still sealed. They didn't even check the computer to verify the return, which is standard procedure at most stores. I wasted almost 2 hours of my day dealing with their incompetence and ended up returning all my groceries and the items. I left the store with nothing and will not be shopping there again.
As someone with extensive experience in retail, I noticed that the pictures clearly show two receipts with different transaction numbers. The original receipt has transaction number 9866, while the return receipt has transaction number 114. This discrepancy reflects the unknowledgeable and unprofessional demeanor of the staff.
