TL;DR DONT GO HERE Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. They had a few people dining in but were not absurdly busy. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Another 10 minutes to get our food ordered. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza and my husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs. 1 hour and 20 minutes go by and we were never checked on and hadn't gotten our food. I get the hostesses attention and ask where our food is. She explains deep dish takes a long time, I said that may be but I ordered a thin crust should it really take over an hour? She is surprised and goes to the kitchen, comes back and tells me it will be another 10 minutes. 2 minutes later our waitress who we haven't seen since we ordered shows up and explains to me she not only put my order in wrong as a deep dish but also put it in late. She tells me I can wait another 15 minutes for my pizza I ordered or take the deep dish. I said just give me the deep dish. My husbands spaghetti and meatballs come out and it smells and looks great. But he sticks his fork in the spaghetti and it's sticking together as if it had been sitting for a long time under the heat lamp. So he decides to try his meatballs. He tries to cut one with his fork and it won't cut. He grabs the butter knife they gave us and the meatball took a significant amount of pressure to be cut. Opens the meatball and its freezer burnt. Checks the other meatballs, every single one freezer burnt. Our waitress sees he hasn't touched his meatballs and asks if he liked them. He explains the situation and she goes to the kitchen and comes back with fresh meatballs which wasn't the problem, we didn't want new meatballs we wanted it to be acknowledged that the ones we had were freezer burnt. So giving them the benefit of the doubt for the 5th time that night he cuts into these meatballs with the same struggled force as the last ones. These meatballs were freezer burnt as well. I say let's at least try them. My husband cuts me a piece that isn't freezer burnt and I start chewing it. It was rubbery and the most disgusting thing I ever ate, I can honestly say I could not even identify what kind of meat it was if any. My deep dish came out 2 minutes after his meal came and it was just dough with a clump of cheese on top. The texture was similar to string cheese. I couldn't eat it without everything falling off the dough. Instead of offering to comp my pizza they decide to charge me for the one I had ordered instead of charging me for the deep dish as a way of saying sorry. Never commented on our wait time, never commented on their freezer burnt meatballs, never apologized for the mess up of my order, and never even tried to make the situation better unless you count still charging me for a pizza I never got because "it's half price that way". Absolutely absurd experience will never go back here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't go here.

We were in Florida last week and decided to eat here. The appetizers were great, and we should have stopped there. We ordered a deep dish with over possibly 11 toppings, and we've done this many times for a traditional pizza. Well, we clearly understand that it would take longer to cook, no problem. However, we definitely didn't understand, nor were told the crust would turn into thin over cooked burned thin cracker type crust instead of remaining it's consistency of a think deep dish heavy fluffy crust! After waiting over an hour for what we thought would be an amazing deep dish experience, I was totally disappointed as we bit into a thin cracker type over cooked burned crust. A good waitress and cook should have informed us as we could have just ordered a thin crust pizza with many toppings, and it would have tasted better. We ended up with a lasagna type consistency on very thin burnt crust. Brenda, the waitress, was also not good. She's the type who will periodically check on your table and disappear if she thinks you're good, apparently. She left the appetizers, and since the pizza took over an hour to cook, she didn't return until it was close to being cooked, apparently, which left us thirsty. We watched a male waiter attend his table multiple times as we wondered where she was, the joke became, maybe she's cooking the pizza! After leaving, we also thought about how we just purchased an oversized lasagna that we literally ate three slices out of and paid 77 dollars for it because, again, it was a terrible waitress. Most often, we've had a waitress look at a specialty pizza and then add the cost of our additional toppings, well, not Brenda. Brenda offered poor customer service and charged us for each topping, this expensive nasty pizza which tasted like a combined salt factory because the olives were loaded on so heavy and traditional sauce wasn't added as requested now was that on observed on the bill. First time and last time experience here, if we're in Florida or any other location! And with the nasty pizza being our focus, we didn't see that 3% surcharge was automatically added to the bill. This would have definitely been removed if identified that day. We left here dissatisfied, and if you visit here, please ask questions!

So, was back in Orlando this past week. Since this place was great a couple of years ago we decided to eat here again. That was a mistake. Party of 4, we got there at around 7pm on a Monday night. The place was pretty much empty. We were told it would be 1.5 hours on the pizza. No worries, it's deep dish so we know it takes while to cook and maybe they had a lot of take out orders. Ordered some cheese sticks to eat while we waited. Few minutes later the waiter comes back to tell us their fryer is down. Ok, it happens...so we decide to order dessert first and eat that while we wait. Order one of the cookies with chocolate sauce. He comes back a few minutes later to tell us they are out of chocolate sauce but they have caramel. Ok...fine....bring us one of those. Got the cookie and noticed the ice cream wasn't melting. Now, every where else we've done this the cookie is hot. Nah, not here. Cold cookie that was hard as a rock. Tasted great, but you could break glass with it. Finish the cookie and the pizza actually arrived in 30 minutes. A little suspicious right off the bat because you know these take some time to bake. Sure enough, was cold and doughy in the middle, and to make matters worse, some of the sausage pieces were still pink. Sent it back and had them cook it longer. All in all, a terrible experience except for the waiter. He (Donnie I believe?) was very apologetic and comped the cookie, and always checked to make sure we were good on drinks. He was the only positive thing about the visit. Not sure what happened since the last time we were here, but maybe an ownership change? If you want Giordano's pizza then get it in Chicago, not here. Will find something else next time we're in Orlando. ----------------- Oct. 2019 - Just as good as the ones on Chicago. Great server and the deep dish was delicious!

WORSE PASTA OF MY LIFE Omg! I’ve never eaten as disgusting pasta and meatballs in my life! To the point it was left with only two mouthfuls gone. I should have picked up on the signs when I walked in and a big bowl of pasta had been left to the side thinking naively that it was just a large portion and they had ordered a few dishes to be sampled. We were recommended this place cause of the deep dish pizza, not being a pizza fan I went for the spaghetti meatballs. After being seated we ordered two soft drinks a starry and a Pepsi, after waiting 10 minutes we finished our drinks and I signalled to the waitress for her attention to order more but I wasn’t keen on the Pepsi and would of preferred a starry however I was unable to inform her of this and she just looked at me and bought over the same drinks again without any wait to let me explain this is not what I wanted… not the biggest thing but still not great service..we waited 45 minutes (absolutely fine and informed about this due to the deep dish) our mains arrived my pasta looked alright but nothing too exciting.. low and behold the first mouthful was what I can only describe as chewy strawberry bitter laces. Never in my life have I had spaghetti taste so revolting, I can deal with under cooked pasta but not chewy bitter sour pasta it was disgusting. I couldn’t bring myself to have another bite so I had just a meatball and it tasted bitter and like it had come out of can, however I think a canned meatball would of been better!!! I didn’t eat anymore and my partner had a taste of the pasta and agreed that it was beyond ingesting! You could see I was dissatisfied by my dish but at no point was a member of staff coming over to check neither could you get any attention to confront them. She then comes over with a plastic box for me to take it home. No ask if I wanted to or again any time stopped at the table, I asked for the bill in the next period of eye contact I could get, to be given it handed without any look of myself and my partner it was basically given behind her back, her body language was aweful! I wanted to not pay for my dish and confront them but at no point were we getting the time of day, to even discuss the matter and being the first day of holiday we were just tired and couldn’t be bothered for their ignorance! Anyway guys do not eat here if you have any respect for your...
