A sheep in wolves clothes, the boheme is the perfect playground for the untrained tongue. The food is immaculately prepared with the presentation of a Picasso painting. Upon the first bite of every dish you get overwhelmed with the disappointment that this Picasso is infact not the original, but a replica. The flavors that fill your mouth reveal the small blemishes of what was at first glance an immaculate work of art. Inconsistency of the dishes and disproportionate ingredients seem to be this establishments greatest foe. For this price point there are many better options in Orlando. Ranging from an overly salted/salty lobster entree (most likely due to the overuse of the andoulie) with lobster scales scattered throughout, to a dessert that tastes like you have a vanilla extract problem (overuse of vanilla extract), there is much disappointment and disgust that fills the pallete. A failed attempt at a lobster and crab bisque that tastes like melted kraft american cheese with 2 tablespoons of the highly sought after crustaceans was acceptable due to the low price point of $9 per cup, however still largely disappointing. This place has great potential. The service from our waitress was a solid 10/10, followed by the foods presentation at an 8/10. Atmosphere is nice with a slight hint of strange curtains separating the dining area, giving it a bathroom shower meets dining room vibe. I strongly suggest revisiting the proportion of ingredients used as it can greatly skew the flavors of any dish down the wrong direction regarding the flavor scale. A little too much of this can make it too salty, while a little too much of that can make it too sweet. It was a common occurrence throughout the meal that each dish had way too much of something. For example the salad dish had 3 large spoonfuls of cheese left over. How is someone supposed to eat that much cheese? It's overload. Drinks were fairly good. For the price point you'd expect a little better presentation such as places like the moderne offer. However overall was satisfied with the drinks. If I come back it'll be for the drinks and maybe the bar menu. The burgers looked better than anything else I ate (but then again who knows? Hard to say since the story of this place is elevated presentation and brackish, one sided flavors). The next portion is in regards to the valet parking which is more of a side note than a rating towards the restaurant (this did not count towards the rating). Beyond the fact that upon reservation the valet is advertised at a different price (it actually about $18 and this includes the restaurant voucher), it was disorganized and with a hint of "you're annoying me". From start to finish this experience had the expectation of a slightly elevated meal (wasn't expecting michelin), and delivered as an overpriced outback with elevated presentation. Bottom line: don't come here if you want to spend $300+.... go elsewhere. If you decide to try this place out go for a few cocktails and eat elsewhere *As a reviewer that rarely gives under 5 stars and refuses to give 1 star (unless in the event of a dramatic offense or mishap), a 3 star is a grim warning to your wallet, time and taste buds

Great Ambiance, Top Tier Service, along with Good Food Me and my two daughters ate at The Boheme as part of Orlando Magical Dining month, so we ate from their Magical Dining paired down menu. Even with a smaller menu, we still enjoyed our food and overall experience at this restaurant. I picked this restaurant for us to eat at because they had a good variety of options for different palettes with their Magical Dining menu. All us had the Lobster & Crab Bisque for an appetizer. It was silky smooth and tasted good. I would have loved for the serving size to be a little larger though because the portion is really not enough to me. For our main entries we all got three different options. I ate the Joyce Farms Chicken (roasted chicken) with butternut squash mash, and my daughters got the Mediterranean Salmon, and the Pork Chop. I sampled everything, and if I had to rate which tasted the best, I would say the pork chop had the most flavor. My chicken was really good and the butternut squash mash had good taste as well, but the pork chop just had another level of flavor that the other dishes didn't have. My youngest daughter ate the salmon but she didn't like the bed of spinach and other Mediterranean flavors that came with it. She's only 12 so that's understandable. We all got the Nutella lava cake for our dessert (a la mode with ice cream). The Nutella lava cake was kind of heavenly, especially with that scoop of ice cream. My one knock with our meal is with the dessert in that the lava cake was not hot. It was kind of cool. When you order lava cake it should come out hot/warm and when you pierce it, the inside should come out warm. That wasn't the case here, but it was still good. Finally I'll wrap with the level of service we got from our server Leo. We got top-tier service. He was awesome with describing menu items and answering questions and making suggestions that enhanced our meal. I'm picking nits here but my one con about this spot is that it's located inside the hotel that's hard to figure out how or where to park. if you blink your eye, you'll miss the entrance on a small back street in downtown Orlando. They do have valet parking that's reasonably priced at $8 when you eat at the restaurant. To be honest, any spot downtown will have parking problems. Overall we liked our experience at The Boheme and the food was good, but I'll stop short of calling the food great - but you'll definitely be satisfied with what you eat here. Ultimately I gave this restaurant 4/5 stars because of the small portion of lobster & crab bisque, the cool lava cake, and the hard to figure out parking situation at this spot. Bon Appetit

9/23/25: I came back just two days later for dinner again. This time I had the French Onion soup for the appetizer. It has a little bit of maybe an Asiago cheese kind of melted at the bottom of the cup, so make sure to scoop your spoon down the bottom with each bite. I added shrimp to the salmon dish this time. The shrimp are cooked in oil and garlic and then grilled. The quinoa did not taste like cinnamon this time. A little bit of the garlic from the shrimp must have gotten into the quinoa, I thought it made the quinoa taste great! This time, I ate all of the quinoa. The white cream served off to the side of the salmon was a bit more plentiful this time and I appreciated that because I loved dipping each bite of salmon into that cream sauce. For dessert, I chose the caramel gelato. They sprinkle a bit of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the ice cream dish, that was a nice treat :) This was sweeter than the cheesecake, but also slightly smaller, so for me, it was the perfect dose of sweetness. I’ll probably be switching between these two going forward. ———————————————————— 9/21/25: Great food! This is only the second time I’ve had dinner here (lunch twice as well), but both times they had a special prix-fixed menu option for $40. I love this menu because you get smaller portions of each dish. It allows me to have so many different flavors in one meal. The little gem Cesar is as you’d expect for a Cesar, so I was happy with that. The salmon had a slight cinnamon taste to it; I think the cinnamon came from the flavor in the quinoa. And that cheesecake was chef’s kiss… delicious. Made with local honey, it had the perfect creamy texture, and extra grahm cracker crust sprinkled around the edges, which I enjoyed. Service was excellent. I had Sophia, she’s so attentive and just a friendly person. It was pretty quiet. Granted I arrived at 9:15pm on a Sunday, but to my surprise two other groups of people arrived about 15 and 30 minutes after me. They close at 10pm, but happily seated each of us. ————- Normal valet is $25, but the restaurant will reduce it to $15.

There could not have been a more perfect brunch. We had first hand experience with Omar as our server, Greco as our bartender, Felipe who helped us out when we needed extra hands with drinks or plates or just to chat, and Freddy as the manager on duty. To be clear, we only asked to speak with Freddy (who was wonderful and very kind and extremely gracious and praising towards the serving staff, kitchen staff, bartenders and hostesses) because we wanted to make sure our compliments and praise would be able to benefit everyone who served and cooked and attended today. Everyone we came in contact with was both professional and extremely personable, we were made comfortable and welcome throughout our time there, and the service on all levels truly was invaluable. Felipe and Omar and Greco all knew our party of three by name without needing our prompting, and because I have to say it again, all kept us extremely comfortable throughout our time there.

The pacing of the brunch was leisurely, we never felt rushed or pushed, and were encouraged to try and sample whatever we wanted. Attendance to our beverages (of which we had many: coffee, lemon drop, the Greco Ultimate, Old Fashioned, water, and the bottomless mimosas) was extremely well done, we were never left wanting for a refill. Greco is one of the best bartender’s we’ve ever had, and managed to make three drinks that all three of us liked when I’m usually an extremely picky drinker and not fond of dark alcohols or cucumbers. However bothe the Greco Ultimate and the Old Fashioned were so expertly crafted and perfectly mixed that even I loved them! And of course, the lemon drop was excellent. The champagne for the mimosas was plentiful, they were generous to the EXTREME with their pours and the orange juice was fresh and chilled perfectly. The coffee was even delicious, which we went into with no expectation for such excellent coffee.

Mere words do not do justice to the food, everything we sampled from the buffet and everything we ordered from the menu were cooked and seasoned to perfection. They were extremely generous with their serving sizes of the shrimp and the crab legs, but not so generous as to cause undo waste. There were made to order on letters and crepes, of which both were perfectly cooked and completely delicious, hearty assorted brunch fruits, breads, miniature desserts (the lemon bar was perfection itself), and charcuterie elements. Nothing was missing or neglected, everything was fresh and delicious. Even the bacon, which so often at buffet brunches is a sad and lumpy, greasy affair, here at the Boheme it was thick and crispy and flavorful but not drowning in grease! We adored everyone we met from the valet staff at the very staff on to the restaurants staff, and we cannot thank or praise all of them enough for the wonderful, perfect brunch experience.

The atmosphere! I cannot believe I forgot the atmosphere. The decor was tasteful, artistic, clean and luxurious. Even the bathrooms were spacious and clean and wonderful down to the beautifully scented hand soap. The tables were spacious and steady, we did not feel crowded even with so many beverages and plates and plates of food. The seating was sturdy and comfortable as well, and we felt like we had a nice, private area even in the middle of the room! We were not crowded in any sense of the word, and again were extremely comfortable and at ease. The music was excellent as well, the pianist was a master blending songs together and embellishing/extending old classics. There was also a horn player and a vocalist as well, much to our very pleasant surprise! All of the musicians were masterful and confident in their performance, without being too loud that we couldn’t have a conversation. All areas of service, food, entertainment, atmosphere, everything gets top marks! We will be returning as soon as we...

I made a reservation this past Sunday night to have dinner at The Boheme for the first time to celebrate my (adult) daughter's birthday. There were 4 of us in the party. We arrived 90 minutes early so we could sit at the bar and relax for a while. The Bösendorfer Lounge was outstanding! Service, drinks, and ambiance were all fantastic. So this made us super excited about our upcoming dining experience. The ambiance and the decor in the lounge and the restaurant were exquisite. There were 8 tables seated, so the restaurant was not busy. The hostess was very professional and friendly. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes for a server to come by the table to order drinks. We ordered 1 bottle of wine for 2 people in our group and the other 2 ordered individual wines by the glass. The waitress brought only the bottle of wine out about 15 minutes later and said the other two drinks were on their way. Ten minutes after that, the drinks were brought out. The hostess at this point came by to bring the bottled water that we had ordered when we first sat down. Service was slow, but we were still optimistic that the experience would be better overall. At this point, our waitress stopped by the table twice, but there were two other servers who seemed significantly more attentive to their assigned tables. Our server had our table, plus two other tables next to ours. After being seated for 45 minutes, we asked our server if we could place our orders. Three people in our party ordered off the Magical Dining menu, and one ordered off the regular menu. We also ordered bread and butter, which is a $10 item on the appetizer list. The waitress said she would place our order and would be back. She came back 30 minutes later, as she was walking past our table and said she was sorry but they were out of bread and butter and walked away. We were stunned that 1. they were out of a very basic item, 2. that she didn't offer a replacement item, or 3. allowed us to order a different appetizer. After another 15 minutes, she walked past our table and I politely asked if she could give us an update on the food as we had now been sitting at the table for 90 minutes and had nothing to eat. She said she was sorry and that it was unacceptable and she would send over the manager. The manager came to the table and said that she was sorry but the kitchen was short-staffed and they were doing their best. This was the first time the manager came to our table. She said "I will be sure to take care of you and make this right" and walked away. About 15 minutes later, the waitress placed a charcuterie board on our table and left without saying anything. She did the same to the table next to ours, who had the same experience as us. The manager brought out the starters (salads and soup) and said once again, that she was sorry everything was taking so long and "I will take care of you". A short while later, the entrees were served followed by dessert. Our waitress barely stopped by our table. Never asked if we wanted coffee with dessert (which we did). The manager never stopped by after that. The food was mediocre. After more than 2.5 hours since we had been seated, the server brought our check. They gave us the complimentary charcuterie board and the tab was over $400. Which was what I expected to pay for a fine dining experience. It was an extremely frustrating experience and subpar for a place priced like The Boheme. The manager should have informed the tables as we were first seated, so there was communication. The service was severely lacking and this made for a terrible experience. I would have given them another chance if the manager was more involved and if the server at least made an effort. We will not be returning. There are so many incredible fine dining restaurants in Orlando, that I would not...

If you decide to try this place out go for a few cocktails and eat elsewhere
