Do not go here. We came Sunday around 430. We were a party of 4 and were greeted and seated immediately. A younger guy came and took our order, we ordered 4 waters, 2 cocktails, a small pizza, a cheese steak, 2 salads and a spinach dip. 15 minutes went by and a random waitress brings out 1 salad, then the second salad a minute or 2 later. I stopped her and told her we had not even gotten our drinks yet, and we didn't have any silverware, meanwhile a table seated after us had already gotten their drinks and garlic knots. Again, we waited about 15 minutes so at the very least we should have had the waters. The place was not busy. Anyway, the bartender, our server (who had 1 person at the bar) brought us 2 waters and 2 cocktails. We had to ask for our other waters, which were promptly brought out. Then randomly the cheese steak comes out. It was dry, and flavorless, undercooked onions, really quite gross. I could have gotten a better sandwich at domino's and their cheese steaks are terrible. Then a little while later we get the spinach dip, then a couple minutes after that the pizza. While not gross, those items were just ok, pizza crust was the best thing I had. At some point the waiter comes and asks how everything is but walked away before we could really even answer or ask for anything. When he brought the checks he saw my sandwich in the take away pile and asked if everything was OK. I said honestly that was the worst cheese steak I ever had, it was really terrible. He said ok, I'll let them know and walked away. We were not once apologized to for the amount of time we waited for our drinks, or the fact our meals were brought out randomly by different people at different times. They didn't give two s#!+$ that I couldn't eat that sorry excuse of a cheese steak. For a downtown Orlando business, I expected way more. It smelled great from outside, don't let your nose deceive you!...
Read moreI’m on my way to the hospital right now from eating at this place. The waitresses were rude and one of them has tattoos on her face and smells like cigarettes. I wanted 2 regular slices. They brung me 2 Biancas covered in sauce and extra cheese on the top that turned my stomach into a mess. It’s an Italian food place but not 1 Italian in site. I know what good pizzas is, I’m from New York. Colombian people run this place, Colombians are 1 of the most races people on earth. They only treat white folks fair because they think they’re white. I told the manager that they got my order wrong and you can feel the energy of how she grabbed my box of pizza and basically slammed it on the counter as if it was my fault the order was wrong. If you’re colored or Caribbean don’t eat here. Trust me. I don’t like bashing people’s establishments. I’m all about positive vibes. They said they would make my order over. They lied they put the same 2 pizzas back in the oven. I took the pizzas ate 1 and gave the other to a homeless guy on orange ave right around the corner hopefully his stomach isn’t killing him like mine is. The receipt was still on the counter on my way out I scratched out the tip. The service was horrible!!! If your black or Caribbean DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’m upset I didn’t take a picture to upload it! Go to PLANET PIZZA on WASHINGTON FEW BLOCKS AWAY OR GO TO GITTOS ON ORANGE!!! Thank me later and may god always favor...
Read moreWe are two 28 year old New Yorkers vacationing in Orlando this week for my birthday. We found this place on google because I typed in “pizza bar”. What a blessing this place was. I knew it would be great just by seeing the beautiful building. When we walked in I was surprised to see less than 10 customers. The staff was super welcoming, friendly and accommodating with a smile at all times. We started off with a spinach and artichoke dip and the presentation was incredible and was surprised to see it served with pita bread! So much better than generic tortilla chips. We each got a slice of pizza each as that’s what we really went for but realized they had so much more to offer. Again, we’re from New York…the pizza standard of the world lol. This was probably the best pizza either of us has ever had, and it was a foot long! My fiancé got the chicken parm and I got the Gnocchi with pink sauce. Each came with two garlic knots that were the star of the show. Best ones we’ve ever had and they were the size of baseballs! The saddest part of my experience is that they don’t have any locations in New York. I hope they consider branching out…I’d be happy to run it. But we will come back the next time we’re ever in Orlando! Fantastic job guys, we love that...
