I live in the area so I was so excited when I saw a sushi spot opening. Something light and airy and not too heavy. It’s small but super clean and cute. They already have the sushi made so you literally can just grab and go. I got shrimp tempura. I am allergic to avocado and cucumber so I requested a shrimp tempura without it. They were so friendly and accommodating and made me a brand new tray which was super sweet and they had it waiting for me when I came back. I'm so excited for this new place. I always wanted to try Japanese-style fruit sando and egg sando and ChiMii really nailed it. I'm not a raw sushi lover, but I tried their California roll and they use real crab meat, which was a pleasant surprise. The special maki for eel roll was delicious! I can't wait to go back and try the other menu. It's grab-and-go, so you don't have to waste time waiting. Perfect for lunchtime rush. I’ve been here twice. I wish I could select which sushi I get in my box. However, the quality is really good even though it’s pricier for the area. If you value quality, then this is a great place. The customer service is always great as well! I hope to see more Korean options at some point since it’s not only technically Japanese but Korean as well. Some advice would be to do lunch specials!
