Arby's — Restaurant in Oxford

I went thru the Drive Thru. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very Good . At the last min i noticed Turnovers as i was passing the menu sign. Since they were not busy i ask if i could add 2 turnovers. The cashier said sure no problem . But had to ring them up separate from my original order. No problem. When i was ask to pull forward i thought it was probably because i added to my order. But when the young lady brought out my order after only about 2 or 3 mins. Very short wait time. I did not ask her if both of my orders were in the bag. So after i got home and ate, I feel like it was as much my fault as theirs when my turnovers were not in the bag. When i called the next day and told them what had happened ,again they were Very nice and professional. when i went to pick them up they even gave me 2 extra. So yes i got very good service. I will change my rating from 4 to a 5. They...

Very rude staff and my order was wrong and was refused to make it right, was also told they were out of receipt paper for the register when I paid at the drive thru, and I asked for extra Arby's sauce and when I finally got my order after having to pull up and wait 15 minutes for my order, I finally received my order after going in and reminding the guy that was at the drive thru and having been told to go back out to my vehicle he would be right out and 10 minutes later I got my order and it was completely cold and there was no Arby's sauce in the bag when I got home which is only 8 minutes away. When I called the restaurant and filed a complaint with who ever answered the phone I was hung up on and when I called back 5 times my calls were ignored.

I will be filing a complaint with Arby's customer service centers and requesting a full refund for the ten classic Arby's Roast Beef...

We took our mom here today. She loves Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. We all had crinkle cut fries, turkey sandwiches, a roast beef sandwich, a Reese’s cookie, and two apple turnovers. Everything was great with the exception of the peanut butter cookies. They were really dry and crumbly. The service was great! The restroom was very clean. We really enjoyed our visit here! The Apple turnovers tasted great. They were heated. All of the food was hot and fresh. The three pepper sauce is great to dip your fries in.

06/07/2025- I returned here today to get my mom one of her favorites, the roast beef combo. I asked the manager today if they could chop the meat up real small for my mom so she can eat it more easily. They quickly said they would be glad to. Mom and I definitely appreciate it!
