0/10 due to basically being denied an order due to “making calls, and not coming to get them” when its clear I always pay to get my food. I mean who takes the time to call an order in, and not pick them up? That makes no sense once so ever if thats the case all the times I placed an order &’ PICKED them up I need a refund😤. Especially when I would order for 2 people. I have canceled 1 order, and that was due to there being almost a 2 hour wait. Now bim bam has made it to the bottom of my list &’ most times I call they barely answer the phone. They will no longer get any business from me, and I wouldn’t recommend.

&’ I have always been able to get my orders without this being an issue so how all of a sudden I am put on that list?? I even have recents showing I paid, so make it make sense !! It doesn’t add up clearly they have me mixed up with someone else. If you expect somebody to be there right when the food is placed OVER the phone thats crazy. There’s usually a 15 minute wait, but sometimes becomes longer than that, so please fix YOUR issue, and you have had at least 1 or 2 hour waits where people sit there waiting for orders and your servers say it will be 15-20 minutes. I clearly witnessed this the day that I CANCELED an order, and I haven’t even been there in months so how can I be put in a list. I’ve got 31 years and 7 months experience at eating. I’ve been doing it my whole life. But this is one place that stands out in my taste memory gland. (If that’s a thing) Let us all just take a moment and thank God for BIM BAM BURGERS. It doesn’t matter what kind of burger you get from this place, you know it’s going to be good, hot, and fresh EVERY 👏 SINGLE👏TIME! One day I was so upset about something at work and I ordered the 3 cheese bacon burger and before I finished my first bite I had forgotten what I was even upset about and ended up getting a raise the next day. Theirs power in the burger! And the staff is so nice and friendly that even Chick-fil-a can’t compete. Speaking of chicken, try the CHICKEN FRIES with the Queso and Jalepenos. It is my go-to appetizer for the table or even as a meal. Oh yeah I almost forgot they make the cheeseburger and philly rolls FRESH in house. They literally cook up everything and roll them up like egg rolls and dunk em In The fryer, slice and serve!. WHO DOES THAT? Everybody else gets theirs pre breaded and froze so it tastes like cardboard but not here And them things are FIRE! Well I gotta go my burger is ready....

I decided to have a cheat meal and I decided to eat at Bim Bam because I haven’t frequented the establishment in years. So, I decide to choose dine in at bim bam burgers after moving my furniture all day before leaving Oxford for a new city. The dynamic of the place have totally changed from what I remembered it to be. There are young cooks in the kitchen preparing food playing; one playing in his hair while the other preparing food. One cook pulled out his phone playing with it. As customers are coming in that he know he’s interacting with them. We sat for over an hour waiting on food that we ordered for dine in. I’m continuing to see the two young cooks play in the kitchen rather than doing their scheduled job of cooking. Playing in your hair and playing on your phone is unacceptable behavior for a cook working in an establishment. For that reason I told my girlfriend to get up and let’s go somewhere else where my money would be better spent. It’s not acceptable! Also another family came in 30 minutes after us and received their food before us. There is definitely some changes that need to be made and I know this because I have never left a review until...
