Starbucks — Restaurant in Oxford

Croissants were delicious. Coffee was made wrong. Cashier was very friendly but the young guy making the drinks was unnecessarily RUDE to another customer & it was extremely uncalled for since we heard their entire conversation. He had the attitude that he was so smart & always right & she even made the comment she's been ordering that drink for ten years & it's never looked like that. He made it clear that's how it comes & that he would not remake it. Heard her mumbling on her way out the door that she'd never be back to this particular store. He appeared to be in his 20's & she was 60-70's.. don't know if it was an age disrespect thing or just him. My Coffee was wrong also & I just threw it in the garbage instead of dealing with him. This poor Starbucks is struggling right now... We went for simple drinks. A caramel crunch frappe for example. They had a HUGE list of things that they "were out of". Out of whip cream & crunch stuff, out of Green Tea.. etc.. Our drinks were missing half of their components. At that point I think it would be time to close the store and wait for more stock to come in... or drive down the interstate a couple minutes to...

They put way too much whipped cream in the bottom of cup.... thats all I could taste!!! My daughter said the same thing!!! We even tried mixing drink together but ended up drinking half of venti & throwing the rest away.... we get drinks here all the time & they are usually right on point amazing!!
